    martin into your 17 for Smith this week.
    You've effectively got no half cover except for JMK who needs to be traded (IMO) and no centre cover unless that's BJ you've got in the wings.

    Is there a reason people are confident about Fonua? Didn't someone post something about only playing last week due to a late withdrawal (despite being named starting ctr) ?

    Yeah he did have a great game (not good enough to score any Daly M points, even Claw was recognised ahead of him)

    Id hate to see everyone rush him in, for him to be dropped last minute. (I secretly would love it, as I bought him prior to his first game and he isn't in my 17)

    I don't have the Smith hate that everyone else seems to and although he'll be a huge loss for QLD, it's great news for NZ! Very Happy

    Best post I've read today haha. I bet if Bennett made Bird do 20*400m sprints every day before training he'd soon cut out his errors & his form would mysteriously re-appear. Funny story I read about Des Hasler when he was playing & 400m sprints. Hasler was super fit when he was at Manly & would do anything to get extra training while most of his team mates weren't interested. Apparently at the end of training they would play touch & the rule was if you dropped the ball the whole squad had to do a 400m sprint. Well Hasler used to drop the ball on purpose haha.
