On Tuala I think he'll only play this week. Late mail says Linnett will play in the 2fr (I think he did the same last year in the bye period). So next week when Cooper & Hess are back I can see Linnett playing ctr & Tuala out.

At some point Green has to start picking the young guys. Doesn't mean he will do it any time soon though.
But they've already lost Ponga, how many other young guys do they want to let go.
Its not like O'Neill and Winterstein are having stellar seasons either

Havili > Tuala
Something tells me that Koro and Taupau are gonna have a field day tonight against the cows.
Im undecided on Dugs and MCK too. If i go Dugan i need pretty much a bottom price cashout, looking at Tuala at the mo. Still want this player to make cash so not sure about Linnett lurking. If i go MCK i can go doueihi who should score well this weekend and he'll come in handy if Reynolds goes down again.
Dont know if i can trust MCK to stay 80 min fwd

I was actually gonna call it that but thought I wouldn't go completely in on myself haha
My thoughts on why I'm bringing in Taupau and Koro is that the Cowboys concede a huge amount of points to FRFs and HOKs. In there weakened state they may concede even more.
Just some reasoning for my decisions

Ive been sold on getting Taupau all week. Gut call, so will probably backfire.

Any opinions lads? Who goes, isaako or JFH. Obviously get a lot of change for JFH but nothing with Isaako with other trade. I,m torn. Have Mitchell, Fonua and Marsters already though.

That's a bit of a log jam there Wolfie. I'd be looking at Isaako making way

SI and Milch are Tigers fans right?
How secure do we think MCK at edge is? McQueen Rochow dangers. Someone said the other week maybe not here that Cleary was full of praise for MCK

The more I think about it Im leaning towards Isaako. JFH could be a decent hold til round 17. But so could Isaako I guess.

Few weeks back, Ivan has said he will use his full squad and rest players when they need it. Rochow most likely is being restedLoomer wrote:SI and Milch are Tigers fans right?

I honestly don't see myself having the resources to get Kikau out of my squad. He plays 17 and I can't afford to trade out someone who plays 17.
To be fair, there could definitely be worse players to be stuck with!

The weekly selection of Corey Thompson is an example of how Cleary rewards hard work & putting the team first. Thompson is probably not as good on paper as guys like MWZ & Nofo but he has been preferred by Cleary because he is consistent due to his hard work.
If MCK exhibits the same traits as Thompson & because of how well he's been playing I think the ctr spot is his to lose.

Isaako has been threatening to get a dud score for a while. Pretty much his own individual brilliance saves his score. He doesnt have a high work rate like some other wingers and we know Roberts is not a big fan of passing.
Prob good time to trade if not in your final squad plans

Re: 2018 NRL.com Fantasy thread part 48
MCK is a punt. But a punt worth taking in a position where huge fluctuations in scoring are common. Getting an 80min back rower (at the current stage) that provides some level of standardized scoring does fill you with confidence, so when your other beat up/bare minimum salary centre fails the overall performance of your centers is not as bad. The way I see it is he is not at bottom dollar, so if you do have to trade him in out (if he becomes a bench warmer in a couple of weeks) you are not necessarily stuck having to make a double trade to get another player in.
Centre is clearly a position where if you need to make up ground in your own private league or overall rankings this can be done by taking a punt on some players others deem too risky.
