Prob good time to trade if not in your final squad plans

Cheers mate. Will mean another two trades next week to get some coin but I think I feel safer in keeping JFH over him at least until 17.

I'll be lucky to have 3 for R17 lol. Hence only making two trades for 10 this week. Murray becomes McInnis next week

Getting an 80min back rower (at the current stage) that provides some level of standardized scoring does fill you with confidence, so when your other beat up/bare minimum salary centre fails the overall performance of your centers is not as bad. The way I see it is he is not at bottom dollar, so if you do have to trade him in out (if he becomes a bench warmer in a couple of weeks) you are not necessarily stuck having to make a double trade to get another player in.

Centre is clearly a position where if you need to make up ground in your own private league or overall rankings this can be done by taking a punt on some players others deem too risky.

Great points. It comes down to whether he is worth risking or spending top dollar 110k more on Marsters who looks like keeper at CTR

I am actually thinking of trading out Gosi this week. The way I see it is this. If you let him play this week he might give you 15-20 off the bench. He may for the next 4 weeks following continue to come off the bench and actually loose you money. So why not get rid of him for a Rnd 13 playing player, who is more likely to score more points this round, costs less and will make money instead of potentially loosing money by the time the next bye round comes around (when you may need to trade them out) TMM fits this bill.

    Any thought on that logic?

EDIT: Now that I have looked his PPM is terrible at 0.39. By my calculations if he gets at best 30min off the bench (unlikely with the way Barrett gives his bench forwards minutes... one bloke didn't even get a solitary minute last week), he will score 11-12 points. Just passed his break even. I think he has to go. 60K downgrade to TMM could come in handy in the last few weeks when you need an extra 20K or so to get your truly desirable gun.

    Gos to TMM
    Hold the trade

Which option sounds better? I'm kind of in the fuck the byes camp and just want my top 17 assembled by round 17 if I can

In my other post listing my trade out options I said Gosi crossed my mind. He's definitely gone next week if on bench so not going to get caught. TMM so rubbish and Cowboys awful too but he only needs to jag a try i guess

The logic is there, the only problem is it is costing you a trade, which you would probably be using to trade Gosi to a non-bye round player in week 17.

How secure do we think MCK at edge is? McQueen Rochow dangers. Someone said the other week maybe not here that Cleary was full of praise for MCK

Its hard to predict the future.

McQueen or Rochow or Aloiai could come in. Most Tigers fans would consider Aloiai the most likely to have that spot long term. If Reynolds gets fit and he doesn't use ET at hooker then ET might find himself on the edge. Played there a couple of times last year with Eisenhuth at lock.

Cleary hasn't been afraid to switch things up this year either, so who knows what could happen.

Ok I'm keeping Harris losing rd 13 player Gosi>Fifi thanks to FPM logic. Could be tight for CS9+Olive trade next week but better long term

I think you're probably right.. well I think TPJ will certainly go back to the middle.

The Broncos are trying hard to retain Sua though, and want him as an 80 min backrower next season. Definitely a chance to force Glenn back onto bench middle role, but that wouldn't be until Gillett returns anyway.

They would honestly be mad to put glenn back in a starting role with the current team playing the way they are.

They have looked dogshit all season but have started winning from the front the last 3 games.

Is Isaako to Fonua a sideways trade or a good one?

Talking about non-bye round players in week 17. There will be some beautiful base price cash-outs in the Dragons pack that will play solid minutes in rnd 17. Frizell, Vaughen, DeBellin possibly Sims as well depending on SOO 1 and 2results, all out for round 17. Juicy cash outs!

Is Korosau worth a trade in or will I be wanting to trade him out at some point?
