Hey guys, Im interested in Tapine but haven't followed him this year.

Why was he out in round 2&3 and then again in rounds 12 & 14?

Also, 3 of his early scores (rounds 4,6, & 7) were sub 30s playing 80 minutes. IS there any reason to suggest his form won't revert to those scores? or has something changed in his/Canberra's game to suggest he is the 55 point player he's been in his most recent games?

Im wondering if he might be a better option that RFM?

I was wondering the same. I think the more recent outs was due to suspension.

edit and the earlier outs was a broken thumb or something.

    Thoughts on my trades lads?

Not to keen on the cashouts so just looking at a couple of keepers this round.

I've decided I want Mbye instead of Tom Trbojevic but despite his low BE and affordability I cannot bring myself to take the punt this week due to his impeding move to the Tigers, which will change my mind. If he does make the move it will be before round 16. If he stays a Dog, his price is likely to rise and the guy I'm trading out for will likely fall, so frustrating but have to wait a week. If anyone else is planning on buying Mybe, wait a week as we will find out for sure before next round.

Tapine had a broken finger in round 2 and 3 so was rested. In rounds 12 and 14 he was suspended. I can't answer the reason for his early shit scores

I've bit the bullet and am trading in SJ and Harris despite the uncertainty around the Denver test.

    Havili > Mann
    Murray > SJ
    Fonua > Harris

Leaves me with 10 trades and $69k

    Smith
    Alvaro, Taupau
    Arrow, Harris, Lolo,
    DCE, SJ,
    Marsters, Mitchell
    Teddy, Hiku, Ponga,

    Cook, McInnes, Burgess, TPJ

    Martin, Cogger, Douehi, Mann

In an ideal world Alvaro, TPJ, Hiku eventually become Fifita, JTurbo, TTurbo.

Currently have no CTR cover either which could be an issue.. May need a better WFB/HLF cover for the run home too...

Hopo, surely. It can only help Olive's chances at minutes.

Although he got 80 minutes last week for 13 points so, yeah, you're kinda dependent upon scintillating attacking footy from the Doggies for a proper score. Best of luck.

As starting 2nd rower last year Tapine averaged 39 in 5 games (playing 76 minutes or more every time)

You'd have to assume that reverting to those scores is a possibility

Solid. I'm getting the same two and Murray and Kikau are on bench and look likely to stay there. Murray and Kikau could still score well though and with SJ and Harris up in the air for round 16 it could certainly wait. My attitude towards that is: fuck it.

If the Broncos lost McCullough and Nikorima to injury - would the NRL force them to play McGuire and Thaiday at hooker rather than use a development player?

Is buying SJ when you already have DCE and Cleary worth it.

Seeing Cleary/DCE on the pine is strange.

Although I guess the other option is McInnes and he will be in the same place haha

Grand Angus for Captain this week. I think he is going to cross the line more than once and he will wreak havoc on Haynes edge.

For sure. Guy is a beast though, most of his bad scores seem to involve an excess of negatives. Anything to suggest he's improving on that front?
