    1) I think RFM is a solid scorer and can bust out the occasional big scores. I rate him highly, even though I traded him out a couple of weeks ago. I want to trade him back in this week.

    2) Why trade a midranger who gets maybe 2-3 solid games for the year and will need to be traded out again. If he gets lucky and picks up 3 games and averages 40 points a game. (He hasn't scored that well this season.) He only makes $68k and is a trade out again.

    3) Mann is a decent trade out, lots of potential options floating around Olive, Stimson, Mahoney, Hetherington, Wright. This is the best path for me to get cash in the bank. It is a stab in the dark at who to take though.

hmmmmm...............I was keen on 2 mainly as I was thinking Slater might retire if he cant back into Origin squad.

    L. Mitchell, E. Aitken

    C. Cook, J. Su'a, C. Murray, R. Martin

    A. Brimson, T. Hodkinson, J. Segeyaro, L. Brown

I am thinking the trades I mentioned above and Brimson to a cashout, most likely Wright due to the DPP.

always so critical @Random. Hahaha! Here I was thinking you were a glass half full kinda bloke. I actually really like the team. You've taken a few gambles (Hokko and Seggy) that haven't exactly worked out as planned but we've all suffered of that at some point this season.

Of you're earlier trades mentioned mate I think I like the first the most. It's almost as though McInnes has been forgotten in Blues world and is determined to make them pay for it by going gangbusters at the moment so I would love to have him in my team. Personally I'm already stacked with HKR's so I won't grab him but can thoroughly advocate anyone that wants to. I also don't think Su'a is urgent yet, The Best A Man Can Get is still a little while away so can definitely hold. Whether that gives you more time to milk a bit more outta Brimson or whether you feel he's peaked now is up to you. Also, as you can tell by my posts to others, I'm advocating holding Martin for at least another week yet.

I don't really like Wright, but in your case I don't mind it, especially with Lew Brown lurking in your side. Kinda covers both bases on the Manly hooking front which is nice. Obviously, with my earlier stated opinion on the two, I feel like you needa get rid of Seggy and Hokko at some point but it's not really a priority if you have bigger things on your plate though.

The team looks good now, albeit a little middling, but bring those two players in and it just looks so much better. I like it mate.

I have done Murray to Fainu and Cogger to SJ leaving 11 trades and 6K

    Team is:
    Cook
    Arrow Fifita
    Jurbo Crichton Tolo
    SJ DCE
    Ramien Mitchell
    Turbo Fonua Ponga

    McInnis Smith TPJ S’ua
    Fainu Martin TMM Brimson

Any suggestions mate. Don’t really like the 6K leftover but I really want SJ!

Why Fainu brother? Don't stress about the 6k bro, now is the point of the season to really focus on getting the 17 into gear. SJ will be in that final 17 and the sooner you get him the better. Plus, you still have a few other cashout options there to fall back on to garner some bank and if, heaven forbids, one of the guns go down it's a straight swap or a huge cashout in one move.

My only point of contention for you would be running Fonua in your starting 17. Seems risky. Maybe look for an upgrade of either TPJ or Su'a in the coming weeks.

Sound? Leaves me with 10 trades, so feel it is worth it. Other option for NBrown is Tohu, can't afford McInner. OR Mahoney instead of Mann. Any thoughts appreciated bud. Thanks in advance

I'm not sold on Mahoney. He's good, it's his security that scares me. Mann ain't much better for that matter but he is the lesser of two evils. I like the trades bloke. I see em as uprgade, cashout and upgrade. Two outta three is pretty damn decent.

Not interested in taking a gamble on Gal? And do you already have RJames (sorry, didn't duck back to check the team out bro).

@Mearcats thanks as always mate. Yeah TPJ and Sua are just there for round 17 purposes, one of them will become Taupau most likely for the run home. If I can eke a bit of cash out of Brimson,Olive etc I could also turn ARey to SJ if I have enough trades. I’m a bit lucky that Isaako has come good but he will become Aitken/Marsters etc around round 17 as well. As long as I beat last years rank of 1300 I’ll be happy!

Galls the only guy I'm tempted with this week, but I think I'll just hold with no obvious trade outs, other than perhaps MArtin and Dugan, but I an afford to hold both this week, and field a strong 17 with Friend as 18th man.

Missing out on that new trade feeling!
