I calc'd a 39.5 average across his previous two seasons. Most recent was around 41.

Not overly special, but the extra game and relatively cheap means he could hold his own at WFB and surely a keeper at CTR.

Hoppa 524k, if averaging 40, should score around 400 by season's end.

    Teddy 728k averaging 49, scores around 441 in 9.

    Tom Trb 645k average 46, scores 414 in 9.

Mbye about the same, wouldn't trade him in now anyway until seeing how the move affects him.

    RTS 580k averaging 42, scores 420 in 10.

I think RTS could easily average 45, so I'm pretty keen to get on him too. Not sure he stays fit though is the problem.

Without going back I remember him being a bit of a let down but I'll see if I have something a little less anecdotal.

6 games in 2015 for an average of 30. Played FB all year in 2016 and averaged 38.

    18 games in 2017 for 746 at 41.4

    21 games in 2016 for 796 at 37.9

is where I got my 39.5 average from.

Isn't doing the Sunday games off thing either if anyone was wondering about that. Already played a couple this year.

Why wouldn’t RTS stay fit? Am I missing something?

Also, Curtis Scott a cheapie keeper? Storm are seemingly much better and no doubt Bellamy will have them firing for the run home.

I think RTS has had a niggle since Rd 4 when he played 70 mins and seemed to struggle a few weeks after.

He missed Rd 11 and came off late in Rd 12 also.

Missed Rd 14 and heard he was struggling for Rd 15, but ended up playing.

Just seems a little risky, but could certainly pay off if getting him next week or prior to Rd 17, or if you already have him.

I have to go cheap as my plans have been a bit fudged since round 13 - I might have to jump on Hoppa (trading Fonua). I'd prefer RTS but I need the $60k difference for something else

I thought that too, back when DWalker had an unbroken eye socket. Rage traded him away.

Cheers guys. So perhaps not particularly great value but when you take into account round 17, he could be the best of whats out there as a C upgrade/replacement.

I think he is worth considering. It looks to be low risk with some upside if we get lucky.

Hoppo or Holland? Will probably average about the same and Holland is almost 270k cheaper??

What are you tossing up between?

Probably getting both here, but giving Hoppa the edge because of longevity.

    I'm seeing Holland's stats as:

    2016 - CTR 14 games at 38.1
    2017 - WG 12 games at 30.1

The 44 avg at CTR stat was true for the first 11 games, but his last 3 scores were 21, 15 and 18.

If I sell TPJ I’m now thinking of trading him to Hoppa/Leilua(could go Holland but I already have Olive who will need upgrading when Morris is back so I’d rather a keeper CTR like the two mentioned)and then when I cash out Isaako after round 17 I SHOULD have enough cash to upgrade Sua to a keeper and Brimson to a decent 18th man( wouldn’t have a clue who yet)

I'm actually considering Tedesco to RTS. I think RTS could match his output, and for $150k less....

Anyone heard whether Dugan is due back next round? Or will he be held back until after the Sharks bye?

Yeah Ponga + Teddy + pick one of

Tom Trb, RTS, Mbye, Hoppa, some other guy that averages 45-50 for the remainder of the season thanks to tries. Cody potentially.

Tom, Teddy and Ponga(?) have origin to get through. Hoppa playing rep for whichever country he's from this week.

    100%

The Fonua news is a blow, looks like a season so needs replacing.

Aitken for me because he plays the extra over Latrell, or might take a punt on Brenko Lee.

Mbye likely has to stay now because I’m running out of trades Sad

Back three pretty much set with teddy, Ponga and turbo.
Centres currently Mitchell and Marsters so I think they're set. Just need a back will look at what I can afford with Fonua the trade out.

DCE to Milf this week, with one more cash-out before bye gives me 13 for Rnd 17 (if Martin plays. If he's completely on outer then I'll cash him out early too). Have to go big for that round as only chance of climbing into top 100.

    Smith (McInnis)
    Kikau
    Harris, RFM, Martin
    SJ, Milf (Brimson)
    Scott, Holland
    RTS, Cashout
