Well I'm counter this & say he will play because Manly are desperate for a win. If not I can just play Su'a.

I wonder if he's basing that on concrete info or pure speculation. Marty would want to play you would think.

I was contemplating selling DCE this week because I think he's going to leak cash and I want SJ Arey final halves pairing. If Taupau out I think another spud score on the cards

If he is home now, they dont play until Sat afternoon at Manly, so is there a reason why he shouldn't play?

Fantasy coaches are a paranoid bunch. The coach is fighting for his job so he'll play.wolfking wrote:If he is home now, they dont play until Sat afternoon at Manly, so is there a reason why he shouldn't play?

Wighton pleaded guilty.
No word from Canberra on if he continues to play. Cotric could suddenly be a great option, not that he wasn't already.

Cotric has scored 8 tries in his last 8 games.
If he goes to fullback would he
a) keep up his try scoring rate and get some more stats on top of that
b) score less tries but make up for it with points through other stats
c) score less tries and see his scoring suffer

I would lean towards option b)

With out looking at the stats, my view is Cotric makes a lot of his points from his scoots. Whighton plays a different role as FB.
I think Cotric will maintain his points regardless of position, the guy is all class.

With Josh Hodgson back I'm expecting the Raiders to get a whole lot more attacking stats... good for Cotric,BJ and Croker

I really don't get the sudden enthusiasm for booting DCE. Yeah, he's a bit of a dick, but even playing for a struggling team he's the third-highest averaging half - and the two higher than him are either injured or walking about with a glass groin.
DCE should be getting GK points back, and has absolutely no Origin threat looming.
Surely there are better areas to waste your trades on? Like centers! We all need to waste some more trades on our goddamn bloody injured low-scoring expensive bulls1t centers.

That changes things.
