Yeah I don't think the salary cap is super tight, pretty well balanced IMO. Allows around 9-10 keepers (plus a couple of mid-pricers), requiring 14 trades to get your 7 upgrades done and 10 for injury/bye strategy.

Btw, I played last year without knowing what I was doing, read a few articles and finished top 100, so it can definitely be done. But I'd be disappointed if one of us doesn't take out the top spot in the rankings.

My team looks AMAZING... on paper. Plenty of time to stuff it up before lock out.

I've only spent $6m on kickers and $7m on def/spec so I can pick the players that I recognise. Seems like a good tactic. What can go wrong????!?!

Not entirely sure, but my worst round ranking last year was 800th, so not much more than 1000 active teams I would say.
