Hope everyone is safe up North, been burnt by Carty before not going there again, some of his defense made Sandow look like Trever Gillmeister, still have places to fill in ECKR7CVW

Hopefully Carty has some confidence back. He looked like a shell of a man. I felt a bit sorry for him last season

I said to my missus when Barba was dumped by the Cows .... "he'll be back in another team soon enough - as per usual" .... so it's nice to see he's been 'de-registered'. The NRL needs to make a stand and clean the game up.
I can't believe how many stories of wrong-doings by players I've seen in my 2 years in Oz following the NRL.

In the past, the teams that were proactive tended to lose out. Good to see scavengers can't pick up the scraps on the cheap.

Heard the same garbage last year, reports were Carty and Latu the two hardest trainers.... started with both and ruined my season round 1. Once bitten twice shy for me.

The halves.
Who to choose and play with one of the cheaper options.
DCE is to pricey for what I'm doing with my team.
Ponga a risk in new position.
Shaun J is interesting but you'd think he'd need to find his feet in a team that hasn't had the best preseason.
MILF and Pearce should go okay but maybe you're paying for what you get (I do think they will score a bit better than they did last year though).
ARay and Koro new coaches so wait and see.
I'm inclined to think Cleary is the go. Not cheap but he may go to another level this year (maybe).
Guess it come down to Cleary, Milf or Pearce

I've had DCE locked in for ages but I'm leaning towards Cleary as offering a bit more value. I dunno, I wanted the Manly big 3 to build my team around but now I have none of them. They'll be back in next week
