Little known legend named Jake Trbojevic will slot straight in very nicely, better than de Bellend anyway and McLean a straight swap for de Belin. RCG will also likely be banging the door down come game 1

Yeah great points, blessed with depth in the forwards. I rate Jurbo and DeBellend as the best defenders in the league and watching one come off and the other one replaces them was tragic for any go forward from us last year. Still it would be good to know if Fifita is eligible from a fantasy perspective.

Not ahead of our more loyal players. He's a gun but I don't think he's good enough for Fittler to ignore that fact when we have so many other great players. I wouldn't worry about not selecting him based on origin fears. I guess he'll be considered, is he in the EB squad?

Yeah he won’t be far off, maybe next year and if the trend continues it could be Haas the year after that lol. We’re always looking for forwards!

Definitely, especially after Fifita said choosing Tonga was an easy choice

I like your prediction for the blues. Even at a stretch if they needed to they couple play Crichton in the second row and use Friz as an awesome battering ram in the middle of the bench

Anyone else remember Etene Nanai-Seturo, that Kiwi union freak that signed for the Warriors in 2017? Didn't realise he went back to union, scored two tries tonight for the Chiefs on the wing on debut

Even though trials are only trials, the eels will have to be fairly concerned losing to a Mounties team.

Was there much relevant to come out of tonights game fantasy wise?

I can’t shake how good Tapine was for me at the end of season last year. Want him in my team but worried about potential role change.

Yeah i was thinking that especially because they were up by 20 then lost 20-22. I was trying to see information that they took all the first graders off on the second half or something to justify it?
Maybe BA just told them to give up attack for tackling practice?

I think Roberts will be a great addition to the titans halves this year, has done everything right tonight and may help ash Taylor by taking the pressure off him. Both Fifitas have had a great game! Ponga has been good and bad. JBrom has made some big metres. Hughes defence is questionable. I think a lot of these boys look pretty fit pretty early in the season.

    Don’t apologize for posts mate!

Pre season is so quiet so it’s nice to have some content and thoughts to read

Looks like that's exactly what happened.

At the 60-minute drinks break, Eels coach Brad Arthur decided he had seen enough and pulled most of the NRL squad, finishing the match with mostly reserve grade and junior players on the field.

Classic Laughing , absolutely loved Keanu in Point Break. Everyone hates on his acting but he was just absolutely perfect in that role. How about John Wick as well? That series is the fucking shit, came out of nowhere really.
