Re: Wests Tigers 2016 Thread
Taylor trained the Tigers out of the Tigers. Like Krumpy said, Farah has probably been shut down a bit. In saying that, I doubt he is up to it anymore. If Cherrington is as good as most of us think he is going to be, then to me the best case scenario is Farah is slowly phased out this year-gives Cherrington another season to develop without sole responsibility for guiding them around.

Can't take credit for this, stole it.
I saw Jason Taylor in the street today.
I said, "Hey JT, can I get an autograph?"
JT said, "Yeah sure mate. Have you got a pen?"
I said, "sorry mate I don't, but hey, I do have a crayon handy."
"Ahhh, nice one," he said, taking the crayon off me and sticking it straight up his nose.

Yeah, because playing the "Tiger Way" has just worked so well over the last few years.

It would be nice to see us make a headline for a positive reason just once before rd1.

Hearing the Tigers have signed Josh Aloiai from the Eels. Anyone hear able to confirm? Some of the parra tragics that watch a lot of lower grades and U/20's rated him as having a big future. Could be a very good pick up. Backrower fyi...

2016 Jerseys.
Last years alternate has been down graded to alternate 2. With home being black and away predominantly orange.

Re: Wests Tigers 2016 Thread
I think taking the bottom of the V off to accommodate Bryden's has ruined what was a pretty good jersey this year. They've thickened the orange bottoms of the sleeves up ala 2014 as well; which I have and did like WITHOUT the orange around the bottom hem.
Will stick with my black Meriton 2015 for a couple of more years. I really like the all black media cap though. Hopefully the tracky daks come up alright when they release them; the arse has completely fallen out of my current pair

Re: Wests Tigers 2016 Thread
Taupau rumours looking more realistic. Why would we release him?

Re: Wests Tigers 2016 Thread
Hilarious but very sad at the same time. If true, shows the lack of professionalism at our club. I guess it's easy to say, but we should have signed 3 less plodders this year to keep Taupau. If we get hit by injuries then pull up 20's players like we had to 3 years ago with Ava, Sue etc.Krump wrote:Taupau rumours looking more realistic. Why would we release him?

I don't think we should be getting into biding wars over anyone, if it's true though I want to know why the fuck were releasing him a year early

Taupau is a Sea Eagle now. Where can I bet on the pussy cats winning the spoon?
