How can you be not sure on Capewell? Cheap option at CTR who can average 40 (at bare minimum) all season. Capewell and Holland locked in for me all pre-season

I guess the reasons for concern is that he doesn't necessarily score that well, and he may lose minutes to Sorensen or Bukuya.

He started 7 games at 2nd Row last year for an average of 37.7. Four of those were for 80 mins, at an average of 41. In the other 3 games, he had an average of 33 from 61 minutes.

Running Holland and Capewell takes up a lot of cash at CTR, that not everyone is willing to spend, when there is the possibility of a few cheap options also doing well there.

I think centres are the new hookers this year, and might run with 5 in my team

40 is not the 'bare minimum' Capewell can score, it is a realistic target of what we can average. Expecting more could lead to disappointment.

Also he is not guaranteed all season. Someone will miss out when Wade Graham returns, and Sorensen might force his way into the team before then.

Who misses out between Capewell and Nikora is yet to be seen

I would expect Korbin to be on the interchange due to his versatility. I'll take the punt on LL if he's named to start.

My mate trying to convince me starting with Morgan is a no brainer. I reckon the bloke is over rated but fantasy wise will he be relevant? If I run him over Pearce or Arey who I have currently means I have way more cash to bolster my bench.

No brainer. He averaged 45ish when playing with TMM when Thurston has been out.

Have we received confirmation that Napa is or isnt suspended? Looking for FRF cover and currently looking between Napa, Hetherington or Tatola. Any others I am forgetting?

And as Twal exits everyone's team (which I think was more hope than expectation) Garner comes in.

No mention of Chris Lawrence, biut not named for reserves, so assume he is injured.,

Fonua, McQueen, Rochow all starting in ISP

Main concern will be Clifford ousting TMM as halves partner, which likely makes Morgan not as tempting, but still valuable

Lawrence is being rested so he doesn't blow his hammy before round 1

Momorovski not named for Tigers either. Is he a chance to replace Thompson or Jennings at some point or are they the front runners?

Is Garner fantasy relevant or just a place holder in the trials?

Unlikely, Lawrence will start. I had half an eye on Garner as I thought he might get the starting spot in round 1, but I read an article in the last few days on the tigers site where it mentioned Lawrence would be the starting left edge.

There was a little video on the NRL Fantasy page of Ravalawa in the trial last week where he broke like 3 or 4 tackles then scored a try over 2 defenders. I might start him in my 14-17 or can we just put it down to B Grade defence from a trial squad?
