Accidental downvote. I rate Vaughan but I think it’s hope more than anything that he’ll bounce back this year especially if the Friz stays in the middle.

Ah. I always liked you mate, never realised you were a broncos fan. That’s one of the best league moments I’ve ever seen live, had my cowboys supporting mate beside me with her head in hands when it happened. I slapped her so hard when Feldt when over I should be stood down pending trial.

I try not to advertise my Broncos loyalties round these parts, we are over represented as it is. Rabbit is a busy man keeping us all in line.

It was an awesome GF but the ending was brutal and the only saving grace for me was losing to Thurston and the Cowboys, who I have always had a soft spot for.

Have Whitehead currently, looking at IPap, Lane, McGuire and Radley to lesser extent

All above Whitehead's price require me to do Edwards to Hughes

I would have Hughes over Edwards any day.

IPap or Lane would be my choice, have both and none of the others

I'll be running Fifita or Taupau, along with one solid scorer. Currently Tolman but LAM under consideration, as are a few others.
Hopefully a DPP FRF/2RF on the bench, depends who is looking reliable and what I can fit around the rest of my team.
Maybe Surgess if I can work him in.
Worst case I'll have Napa as back up

Don't trust Ofa to be great value, worried about McGuire in a strong pack.
No one cheaper than Napa currently excites me. They are either bench players who will score crap, or have poor job security covering someone on short term injury /suspension

Willingly putting 3 Eels players in my team is something I didn't think this off-season would drive me into doing

Trials don’t really clear up/out players for me.

You dropping Morgan after 19pts in 80min?

Comes down to whether you think the cowboys will be any good, and if so their fullback is offered out of position a bit above rookie price, and their halves are the most cut price in the league with nothing but JT upside? Course you could go Sezer or Bird alternatively. Or start Nikora or Keighran for much cheaper - who could both be one match away from never seen again this season

The main point of trials for fantasy is to try and judge who are going to be the key men. Who doesn’t play when the second team is out? Who is vying for a position vs has one locked in? 80min in full strength line up for Kahu and Morgan is a good takeaway for me. Sticking

I just can't convince myself there is much midrange value and points in FRF. I liked TPJ, but may wait and see due to the injury scare. I had Surgess for a while too. He may end up back in... the talk of LAM has interested me too...

smith only scored 29 in his stint, drop him as well off trials!

TO be honest scores are low as shit across the board from the trials in fairness

Hey I'm not sure if you've already mentioned it yet, but who's the pommy who's going big this year which you won't be buying?

I like all of your team apart from Gavet. There's sfa options around his price though so you might have to downgrade elsewhere to get a decent frf.

Thanks for the thoughts lads, hasn’t cleared much up though:lol:. I thought about running two mid rangers but barely like LAM. I’d love to do Fifi and Kapow but it ruins my second row that I’m in love with so it’s not an option.

A couple of other thoughts. Why are people still expecting more of Tolman, I could see the hope when Napa was presumed out but he’s not anymore? The big one is why is nobody talking about Hampton? I get there’s an unusual number of centres this year but we have an unrestricted bench but his record starting is impeccable and he’s got handy dpp.

So I am thinking Fifita/Taupau combo but not sure if I should take Holland or Whitehead. I like my team with Holland and having Capewell in the 2RF to be moved down later.

    Thanks mate.

I’m thinking Cleary to Morgan may fix that issue. But I do like Gavet as a bolter.
