No attack base is obviously a concern, especially as to having no TB's and LB's to speak of. But he's never had a proper go there and it's the Storm. He's going to get put through gaps, and score tries. That fact that he's priced without them is a positive imo, not a negative.
I've gone off him too. I'm not convinved he'll get a starting spot. Guess we'll see in less than a week....
....when we all get our hopes up but forget that they name 30 players per team or something retarded and we're all left scrambling making dumb changes to our teams just before kickoff...

Re: NRL Fantasy 2019 Part 10
Just having a look at Sironens 2017 stats. He averaged 27 points in base stats, he loved a good MT that year but dessy loves some D and reports out of training camp is they have worked very hard on their D all year. Discounting an injury affected game he has a base of 19 and a ceiling of 59, on that not he only has 2 games below 36. Obviously with age comes experience and Sironen is 25 turning 26 so should be coming into his prime years. manly will be clicking a lot more often this year, Sironen looks good to me.

My 14-21 is:
Sironen, Napa, Garner, Nikora, Brown, Keighran, Garrick and Ravalawa.
I feel like having one of the first 5 outside my scorers is a waste, but I also see potential value in all of them

I didn't even have an avatar for ages until origin last year and i'm far too lazy to change it.

Siro was pretty decent fantasy wise in 2017. Solid scorer and loved a try off DCE.

Re: NRL Fantasy 2019 Part 10
Value vs guns, I was leaning towards selecting forwards that are under valued but still have the potential to score well, which will hopefully allow me to have a more balanced team.
I have come up with this scenario though, I can have a combination of Vaughan, I Papalii, Holland and Edwards. Or go down the gun route and have Taupau, Taumalolo, Lomax and CNK.
Im leaning towards the first combo and hope Vaughan and Papalii can increase in price and not lose too many points to Taupau and Taumalolo, and then I can bring those two guns in later down the track. Or is it better just to save trades and start with Taupau and Taumalolo and rely on the cheaper outside backs.

I see a lot of Luke Garner in teams, I’m interested to see anyone’s thoughts?
Personally not that interested - unless he gets 60+ mins and is a regular.

I'm pretty keen on him. Looked solid in the trial and while CLaw is out, you would think the starting spot is his to lose.

Needs a better captain imo. I'm definitely taking Arrow this year but don't want to rely on him as captain yet.
