Thomas Mikaele will make his NRL debut round 1 for the Wests Tigers. The talented young prop has been a member of the QLD Maroons under 18's and 20's squads.

His mother posted to a Wests Tigers Facebook fan group saying, "I'm very happy, he has been selected for round 1."

is gillet a must have

I might jump on Glasby as FRF/2RF cover. Starting at lock he should get DPP (or not?) which will be handy. He seems to have made a big impact on the Knights forwards, taking on a coaching role within the team. I can only see that resulting in solid minutes.

not really, there are other options in the 2nd row. Lane seems to have a higher rating on this forum

I agree but it's funny nonetheless. I wonder who has the job of making the predictions or if it's just computer generated from previous scores.

They obviously don't take into account new roles etc just taken from previous scores, probably something like their 5 round average and previous against team fixture

Crichton potentially being eased in has me considering going down the Fifita route, wanted Angus as a POD vs the other gun scorers early season

You still need a solid captaincy choice. You might need to squeeze someone in who will score 60 odd points week to week

Wait so Critchon at the roosters won't be getting the full 80?

He will mate, just talk early season of coming off bench until fully fit, as recovering from pre season surgery I believe

It's been suggested he will start off the bench to ease him in. Not sure where it came from.
