@Welshy Slow reply sorry Welshy. Going well mate. Have just hit clear team and going to try a few different variations. Same as everyone - I have 15 or so locked in and will alternate the other 6 or so, until i confuse myself that much that I hit clear team on Thursday afternoon just before the site freezes and I end up with 0 in round 1.

Have Gillett, front row is Taupau and Fifi, with Twal as backup, so don't need Tolman
But if you had Tolman you would not need Twal. Seems like Tolman has more of an upside. Twal is underpriced slightly, but Tolman has a proven ability to score with higher minutes?

It's a bit like Capewell or Nikora isn't it..
Lane is the cut priced keeper who I would think plays the 80mins and averages over 50, where Niukore is probably a mid priced cow who would be impacted on a pack shuffle and averages 40pts at 60-65mins.
Same scenario with Capewell except Nikora is bottom priced so is an auto include even though the above probably happens to him too
So many 2RF , so little spaces

I don't usually play the 'who vs who' game but thought I would have a go
1) Tedesco + Kahu
2) Edwards + Hughes

Personally I would choose neither of these two options. Kahu and Hughes are not worth it. and I have a gut feel that Edwards is going to tank.

I also, rarely play the who vs who, but i have found myaelf with this doozy:-
1) vaughan, TPJ, Host, and BMOZ
vs
2) tolman, radley, niukore, burns
Host is really giving me the shits. But turning him into someone else requires a big shuffle.

Thus makes me curious because I have Edwards and Hughes at the moment. I don't see a world where Edwards doesn't smash it this year. Hughes I could be convinced out of.
Who are your WFBs and why?

Im not confident running brown or keighran in my starting halves, or even giving them a bench spot.
I think I need to rebuild.

Gut feel is Host will be a trap and be Mark Nicholls 2.0

With Keighran kicking goals it’s likely he’ll hover at 30 points. Not great, ok though if you can spend you money elsewhere to make up those points

Twal was getting basically the same average scores as Tolman in 20 less minutes per game. He started on the bench in every game but 1 last season, for 36 min average. The upside of 10-15 extra minutes for Twal is huge with such a high PPM.
A key reason that many were choosing Twal as a great option a few weeks ago was that Madge highly rates those that are great defenders and Twal has the best missed tackle ratio in the comp.
Tolman by comparison played off the bench 3 times last season, much lower PPM, was already playing an average of 55 minutes per game. Even if he got a highly unlikely extra 10 minutes per game, taking him to a massive 65 minutes per game, that would give him an extra 7 points max.

Capewell, or move Nikora in and get Radley?
Could go Niu instead of Lane but talking myself into Lane.
