Is Burr worth a punt on the bench to start round 1 over a Keighran/Brown or is this classic Warriors where they start a cheapie for 15mins round 1 and then they disappear.
Kinda hoping he scores well for a couple weeks then a few more weeks on the bench gives you a nice little earner to start the year..Not alot of options at base price other than Host/Sele etc
He did look good in the trials I have to admit. Tackled everything
As someone mentioned earlier, Keighran at home is probably the calculated gamble over brown, but Burr could be worth a shot in the 17 perhaps.. Thoughts?

Sorry, is this a hypothetical or a rumour?
Roosters signed Craig Garvey so it might be him, or they could switch Radley.

Someone pointed out the stats that hookers do just as well against Melbourne as any other team if that helps at all.Mulvy wrote:Macca or Kapow for Captain?
As Welshy suggested in the PODcast (great stuff btw) An 80 minute guy could be better in the opening rounds while the big boys get up to speed. But looking at that Manly side, how does Kapow not get 60 minutes? My other concern with Macca is the Storm spreading it from side to side.
Thoughts?
they have no bearing on each other’s game time I don’t think this yearLiverpool_Bulldog wrote:
Sorry mate just a hypothetical. Talking myself into a Friend/Radley combo

My personal opinion is they will both score the same so it doesn't matter.
He's definitely More Palavi than Mannering.Johnny B Goode wrote:I'll say this about Lachlan Burr, I picked a Warriors player with the starting Lock position by the name of John Palavi in 2014. Big dud. Once bitten, twice shy for me.
