Re: NRL Fantasy 2019 Part 13
Does anyone prefer Burns over Kahu? I had my head turned slightly by Cook's comments but I find it hard to overlook a goal kicking fb at near basement price. Especially being available at centre.

Someone pointed out the stats that hookers do just as well against Melbourne as any other team if that helps at all.
Cheers mate, it does.

Re: NRL Fantasy 2019 Part 13
CNK played 2 games at fullback in ISP last year for scores of 31 and 40 or something like that.
ISP average as winger = 30, NRL average as winger = 30.
He is in my starting 13, but is the most tenuous of my starters. Don't really trust BMoz and can't afford better.
I'll be happy if he can hit 35s for a while and then I can upgrade to Teddy/someone else once he's made some cash

Not sure whether I got an answer on this one.
RTS + Sele + Garrick
Burns + Radley/Nikuore + Roache
Which one is better?
And who would you choose out of Radley and Niukore?
Thanks

i am playing Burns with Kahu in 18-21 at the moment.
Limited first grade stats look good. ISP stats are good. Captain Cook talking him up.
All we need is a 'training the house down'/'fittest he's ever been' article and we are good to go.

Much prefer Burns over Kahu, with no tackles at centre anymore fullbacks have to make that up with run metres and tackle breaks. He isn't getting many of them so will rely on goal kicks to score above 20.

South Sydney centre Braidon Burns says he'll be playing for his late grandmother when he lines up against the RoostersMilchy wrote:

What’s better than training the house down?... motivation for a loved one! Tonne in round 1 anyone?

Re: NRL Fantasy 2019 Part 13
My team as is stands
McCullough (vc)
Fifita(c) Tolman
Arrow Murray Garner
Morgan Brown
Holland Nikora
Dedwards CNK Burns
Capewell
Friend
Cleary
Napa
Keighran
Kahu
Ravalava
Sivo
Friend/Cleary/Napa the ones I am thinking of changing.
Upgrading Napa (probably to Ofa/Twal) and bringing in people like Mahoney/Lane/Croft/Radley as replacements to fund it.
If I get sufficient funds considering a CNK upgrade too.
Everyone else is pretty much set.

It is going to bucket down in Sydney tonight and tomorrow. Will be crap conditions and wouldn't be banking on any backs racking up a massive score tomorrow night

Burns is DPP as well and he's scored well the couple of times he's started.Verbal Kint wrote:Does anyone prefer Burns over Kahu? I had my head turned slightly by Cook's comments but I find it hard to overlook a goal kicking fb at near basement price. Especially being available at centre.

In the 'daily liberal' he said he is playing for his grandma. SOLD
Now, how do I get Kahu onto my bench with zero left in the bank....

Any reason why people are not starting with Cleary? Seems pretty undervalued and will most likely be in teams come the back end.

Whoever it was that mentioned Koroisau, thanks. I’m bringing him into my halves. Looks a good pod. I think Fainu will go to utility and Koro gets close to 80 minutes. Hopefully he’s fixed up those missed tackles. My team has 7 differences to the Cookie cutter, with my super pods, Hetherington, N.Brown and James to dominate

As there is not much value in the FRF stocks many people are spending big up there, for this some are forced to spend less in other areas, especially HLF where you have mid level guys who can push close to 45/50 and cows who look good. You're a roosters fan, I thought you knew about this stuff.
