Probably similar to what Su'A played last week, although he could play closer to 80..
With Lodge out, there's alot of mins to make up.
What happens when Lodge and Haas return, I don't know.

Both of those do jump out at me as being probably bad decisions and buys in the end, so I like the moves. Of course Edwards could put up some performances, and has previous but shouldn’t go close to this new boy Bateman for reliability and high floor.Welshy wrote:Edwards - Burns

Holland looked pretty poor I thought and that “extra 6pts” per game average from kicking we spoke about pre season is looking pretty optimistic right now.

I like the look of those other trades mate, cash makers and better scores! Still like Holland and think I’ll regret it if I end up trading him!liam123 wrote:@Welshy

Thanks mate. Will take 60mins. I think it’s the death of su’a getting dropped already. Surprised he pulled the trigger so quickly Seibold.my tv broke wrote:

To be fair to Holland mate and advocates like myself, he averaged 45 mate without GK playing 80 last year. The extras from GK were to pad up a likely unsustainable 45 avg. For my side he’s one of the few I feel like I can gain the cash for, for upgrades and grabbing some extra points in processGreenMachine wrote:

@Welshy
Yep! It’s a tough decision considering Holland got 25 in a 40-6 defeat and got barely any ball. But at the same time the Bulldogs look like they won’t win many games this year and 15 of his 25 points came in the last 10-14 minutes. Also, Bulldogs play parra this weekend and Holland could very well get 50+

Re: NRL Fantasy 2019 Part 19
As a general rule of thumb this season: when a player's first or last name starts with a B or an M they are very likely going to do well (with some exceptions)
Macca, Mahoney, Blake Lawrie, Bromwich, Mikaele, Mitchell Aubusson, Briton Nikora, Burr, Marata Nuikore, Matt Gillett, John Bateman, Michael Morgan, Dylan Brown, Bird, Mikaele Ravalawa, Moylan, Burns
so if you need to decide between 2 players, for example: Jacob Host or Blake Lawrie
It's more likely that the Blake Lawrie is going to do better, because of his first name starting with a B.

Been a bit of a circus with the Broncos lineup in the lead up to the season. Su'A was set to start from the bench/reserve grade, but then had a decent second half in the Titans trial and shot into round 1. I think Siebold realised his error, Su'A is underdone with his injuries/etc.

Yeah tbh I don’t want to hate on him overall, especially on one away game - but just thinking about the position most of us were on pre season of capewell v Holland for similar outlay. That doesn’t look very close to me right now. Capewell didn’t go large but should be solid until Graham, unless they go on a losing run and Sorensen emergesWelshy wrote:

Ponga Yeo the Mann wrote:Game day and like many I need to decide today as trades may involve Canberra asssets
A: Holland to lawrie, kahu to CNK. Lawrie to EMG or bench, Nikora to centres
B: Holland to Lawrie, lane to Bateman, Ravalawa plays on the wing and have some money ItB to build for picking up Tedesco/Crichton in a few weeks
C: Just lane to Bateman and wait for meatier cows, kahu vs ravalawa for the wing spot
D: hold the trades
Anyone got some wisdom for me?
Post your team up, I think anything involving Lane is madness.

If Holland would have scored ok round 1 and Capewell would have scored sub-par.
Would Capewell have been traded out for Bateman?

Decent, but again maybe like for like and two trades down. All play round 12 and should be decent.

I traded Horse to Lawrie this week. They have 4 middle forwards on the bench and expect both Papa and Bateman to get big minutes, so the guys on the bench can't get more than 20-30 minutes per game. At best he will be a slow burn.
