No wonder you liked my team! Almost identical
After his 33 kahu is probably a hold for now but I see the attraction of the bird move. Would also allow bird to start in your centres and lawrie to 18th man if he looks like dropping from 40s to low 30s
Sivo and rava deserve another week IMO unless TLT throws up something juicy

Haha yeah it’s like looking in a mirror right!
You’re probably right but I feel like I have to bring in Bird or it could really bite(famous last words). We must be really close on the rankings, still fuming that I didn’t back my Eels man Brown over Keighran or I think I would be sitting in 15th,lol oh well that’s fantasy

Yeah I’m 96th and was the wrong side of the roulette this week. Also had a friend no show and sironen injury this week and Nikora in my EMGs last week. Probably the sort of things you need to go your way to win the overall but it’s hard to be unhappy so far!
Yeah bird has been the main player to hurt so far. Picked kahu and Holland over him and CNK to start. Have righted the CNK mistake. Bird will cost more to correct sadly
Sironen or Capewell would probably be the ones to drop for bird but I feel that may not make sense for a trade given the value of trades and the likelihood they both end up at around 600k

If he doesn't score the tries he scores 46 and probably around 50 due to the try assist.
I think he will more often than not hit around 45.
Teddy and Chricton are now priced at around 48 and should start to score better.

It probably makes more sense if you're going to play him FRF as there are not many FRFs that play over 65 mins consistently (Surgess should play 70 give or take each week, don't know if he is 80 min player) as there is Fifita and Taupau and then Surgess is a bit above the rest of the contenders. Could he end up being a final 17 player on the bench as well or an 18th man to end the season, so you'll be buying him cheaper than most (although major price rise this week)
They do face the 3 early contenders for the wooden spoon in next 4 weeks (Titans, Dogs, Eagles) so he has the fixtures to continue scoring tries

Capewell was headed for 40+ before being shifted to the wing for the last 15-20 minutes. He'll come good this week. SJ/Nikora could be in for a big score against the Cows on a dry track and against Morgo/Cooper defence.

Gal came out and said that SJ was asking him and the coaches if Nikora can play next to him because they immediately had a great connection and he was running great lines. Mind you a lot of those expected averages were going off not much data. CNK getting a handy 46 against the Storm and up against the Knights this week.

Best current value I can see is Twal, if he continues playing 50-60 minutes, kid will average 48-55. Plus best tackle completion rate in comp so you don’t have to get infuriated by watching him shoot out and miss 2-3 tackles in a row
