Who benefits from Lolo's absence?

Yeah oh yeah, I think that game is bit of an outlier. They just got bashed. He won’t always be that poor. But, having him and keirghan hurt like hell. My comment was more unsure if I’m comfortable with that combo given they both require being in a dominant team to score well. And both those teams are fairly mediocre
This is true. Shit combo!

McLean could put out consistent 50's
Someone like Jensen probably comes onto the bench.

His scores so far have exceeded even the best expectations but did people think he was a trap or something? Had been poor for the Broncos last year but as solid a cash cow option as any available given his job security.
Many people here probably had more pressing issues like fixing their WFB or FRF stocks. If you have Sivo, Garrick, Rava and the likes scoribg single digits in your 13 they become somewhat of a priority over Bird. Especially if you started Bateman Nikora as your centres.

In terms of direct replacement, probably Hess and Cooper now have guaranteed start with McGuire lock with Jensen on the bench
McLean a potential option at 593k??

Possible return of Stimson may affect his scores / starting position in team.

Re: NRL Fantasy 2019 Part 22
Thought Ponga's comments on moving to 5/8 on the Matt Johns show were a little interesting. Brown maintained in pre season that Ponga came to him wanting to move. Ponga said on the show they chatted about him moving and Ponga sort of implied it was Brown's decision and "he will just do what is good for the team".
(I mean, obviously, it is Brown's decision as he is the coach, but it didn't seem like Ponga was the one who wanted to make the move).
Reckon he's back to FB within a few weeks.

If this is the case we could get both Ponga and Watson in at discount.

Raiders, Dragons, Sea Eagles next 3 weeks - If they lose against Raiders i see a possible move for the Dragons game. If they beat Raiders it'll stick for a few more weeks.

I'll stick with Captain Fifita. No Taumalolo means good things for the Sharks forwards.

Sitting at a rank of 568 right now. What do you guys think is the bare minimum to be at to make a competitive push inside the top 50-100?

Big shout out to the 3 (yes, three) people below me in the Fanatics Overall league. Hoping this post will be overlooked in the Monday lunchtime rush.
A disastrous start and this week looking at:
Taumalolo > S Burgess
Simonsen (remember him?) > Bird
Surely not worth holding Taumalolo with a 6-10 week recovery prognosis? It means holding Holland for another week but his BE is not too high and could be replaced in a week or two.

If Crichton averages 45-ish for the next few weeks he'll come down to about 645-650K. Will be good to jump on.

I am only 129 from the top - Who has Lawrie as one of their FRF and is looping Alan in their WFB spot (got CNK's score) and JFH in at second row.

Re: NRL Fantasy 2019 Part 22
At this point i think Bird is a must have. Negative BE, inside Oates (will be top try scorer this year), no tries yet, looks to have his TB ability back and the Broncos love swinging it to the left. Up against the Dragons, who's right side D is trash, Broncos might see a lot of traffic down there. 388K is still a good price for him at the moment, even if he only averages 35 from here on.

Cowboys rate Mitch Dunn. Will see if he his mins increase. Green seemed to fob the Morgan injury off as nothing significant, I'm not that convinced.
