more focussed on my H2H league than overall so makes sense to go for cash and try for 2 guns the week after? Or just wait for the next cow and miss Okki?

    Cheers lads!
I am in that exact same situation, really undecided what to do. What are you leaning towards.

I’m not sure on his minutes but maybe that’s it. Hasler has always liked to use 2 frontrowers on big minutes (think Tolman/Graham) and use impact guys off the bench.

I was a bit worried after i traded Garrick to him then Garrick scored a 30 odd but Sele seems to be pushing through and after a 48 off the bench, IRL - looked really solid when on the field, hope he can continue to pump out 40 from the bench.

I care about both but bragging rights with friends and family are on H2H

I'm really torn tbh. You're probably right. I will look at my H2H match up this week to see if I think I can take him even with ravalawa

Ponga is my favourite player and will score me roughly 30 more this week most likely and make me 5-10k

Cashies hurt me this week and overall but will make me an extra 50-60k this week and likely 150 over the next month

I think ponga can wait a week. I will be happy if he carves up regardless as a knights fan

Do you really believe he'll cut it though man. He's just go so much competition and he's basically having to learn how to play the sport. I agree that he trumps Hayne, but the real comparison is the rest of the guys in the US trying to make a squad. I'd be surprised if he even sees out the year in the US to be honest let alone make a proper squad spot for the Jets next season!

I didnt think Hayne would cut it without a year in the practice squad and he ended up in the 53 in his first season. Holmes with a full development year and no pressure to do anything apart from that, absolutely can succeed in 2020. His physical measureables are better then Hayne's - if Jarryd can do it, Val can. And Jets is a good place to work your way into a full time job next season. Even with Bell, I maintain its the worst offence in the league... maybe only in front of Miami. Maybe.

Correct me if I’m wrong but because he didn’t sign to the PS he was assigned there via the int pathways he isn’t eligible to sign anywhere or even play this coming season. The positive is he also can’t be cut (he can quit). What it does do is let us know whether he is doing it for the love of the game or the money, considering he won’t be able to make a 53 man roster until sep 2020

He's counted as a training camp and pre-season player until the practice squad forms after the 4th preseason game and then he goes straight to the practice squad as the 11th member. Cant be called up for the year but cant be cut either. Until then, he can play in the preseason games and does all the drills every other player does. His only path into meaningful game time in 2019 was if he got signed as an FA out of the mini-camp the internationals did together. None of them were signed.

Its worth noting that the Jets didn't really have a choice - they _had_ to take an international player from the system. They didnt fall in love with Val or anything, they just chose to pick him instead of the other blokes, which is a bit of a dampener on Fox Sports' vibe - reading there youd think he was drafted in the first round. Same with the Bills taking that English rugby lad.

Looking at my players' averages, I should be hitting around the 900 this week (conservative estimation), round 1 900+ score was a bit of a fluke.
Once I bring Ponga in for Hughes next week I should be able to go trade-less for a bit. (bar injuries)

I'm thinking the same. Got Ponga in for Hughes this week. Hoping to just let things sit for a while after this round, gaining cash for a few weeks and getting some decent scores without burning trades. Just need 3 more traded in to have 16 players in round 12.
