Not really the Storm have been a shell of their former self since Drink has left. They only made the Top 8 last year on name value alone. It's a big reason why they struggled during the finals. Without Slater this year you will see the Storm end up a bottom 8 if not a bottom 4 side.

Heard on the radio this morning that although Freddy will give Turbo every chance to be fit for Origin 1 he has announced that Campbell Graham could be a bolter to grab a spot on the wing for the blues.

Lane suffering from a virus, did not attend training today as a precaution to prevent spreading it to teammates.

    They're 4-0 though?? Another 8-10 wins and they're definitely top 8

For what its worth I would go with B closely followed by A, without seeing the rest of your team. Klemmer is a good POD with consistent minutes/scores. Ponga give you good coverage. Meaney is at an award price, better off focusing on one of the cows or a gun.

    Smarter play guys:

    - double cow CHT and Okki and play ravalawa
    - Miss Okki and get CHT and ponga/teddy (ponga)

more focussed on my H2H league than overall so makes sense to go for cash and try for 2 guns the week after? Or just wait for the next cow and miss Okki?

    Cheers lads!

    Not sure if Sarcasm?
Only made the top 8 on name value alone? So to win 16 games in a year that is purely based on name value? I think last year saw Munster and Smith really step up and Slater playing his part as always. I give plenty of credit to the boys to make the grand final after the halves shuffle we played all year. We were blown away in the grand final but year after year everyone says this is the year we fall but Bellyache seems to always get the boys up and ponissi just keeps recruiting exactly what we need. To be 5-0 to start the year is incredible. As history shows we only need another 8-10 wins to even make the 8. I know the competition hasn't been top tier but a win is a win no matter who you are versing. Not sure how you can even say bottom 4 side. I am not too confident on top 4 but top 8 is definitely well achievable. Rant

If you don't care about overall, go for the cash. All you need to do is make sure you get enough wins to make finals. Otherwise points at this time of the year are meaningless

Fergo has to get it, not even close based on form this year and last year.

Who is a better option to bring in out of Taupau, Crichton and Surgess

Taupau and Surgess play R12, but Crichton is a fair bit cheaper at 658k

Would remove Bird for Taupau but Keighran for Crichton (along with Whitehead)

If you had a choice who would you pick:
    (a) C. Sironen or
    (b) Rapana

    Cheers.
