Didn't want to trade Mahoney back in after I traded him out but might have to if he goes 50+ today.
All of your trade options are just inflated cows that most other owners are running up some value to get rid of mate

Get ahead of the game and turn him into a season keeper instead

Agree on that. I'll be looking at Macca>Cook next week or possibly a Taupau/Rhys Martin who plays round 12

I just didn't want to double trade again to be honest.  Down to 23 trades so wanted to try and save one.  Could downgrade Burns and turn him into Smith and then own Cook and Smith.  CHT and Carty doing the job at half and I'm keeping the faith in Morgan.

Mahoney I think actually has the ability to be a keeper if he goes around 50 IMO.

Have Cook and Taupau.  Martin is a great shout.  Good score again considering his HIA.

With my 14-17 looking like this.

Mahoney, rein, carty, haas, garner, sivo, mikaele, xerri.

No one under performing, alll earning money whilst making decent enough points. Hoping to just sit on this until a genuine cow comes up. Not sold on whitbread, want to see what happens with Wallace back.

Currently on have 3 players I wouldn’t want to play. First to go will be them.

Only wrote this coz I’m bored

But you are double trading if you trade in any non-keeper because eventually you need to trade them back out again. Whether you use that extra trade at lockout or in 5 rounds, its all the same.
I like the downgrade Burns and turning Macca into Smith option best of those mentioned.

Shame SJ got injured. The SJ/Nikora/Xerri right edge would have been good to watch.
Im hoping Xerri at least matches Burns price and I can do a straight swap for rd 12. Burns is one player im happy to bring back

how much longer does capewell have in the starting side? Got 130k ITB and thinking straight upgrade to Tauk may be on the cards.

I am pretty much ignoring byes. Going for underpriced guns no matter what byes, figure the points they score more than the sub optimum option between now and then will offset 1 round missed score

With such a high scoring round last week but everyone seems to be struggling this week is there a 'par' score you guys aim to reach each round or does it just depend on how everyone else does?

Mainly just be happy to crack 900 regularly with dreams of hitting those elusive 1k's where almost everything has to go right.

Some rounds are carnage and 850's and even below are considered wins. Also the first few rounds when your team value is low, 850s are pretty good.

You'll see higher than average scores on this forum because people take it more seriously and do their research, but overall we're a very small percentage of the player pool.

Also people are less likely to post their scores when it's bad and you'll just see a lot of the 900+ scores.

Great point. You’re more likely to only hear the really good, or the really bad in here. For a week with some popular players out, there are still some good scores floating about. Think it shows that a lot of people are on the money with their cows/mid price guns.

Yeah I'm guilty of selecting score posting too. Mostly because I feel shit about a bad score and just want to forget and move on, but want to celebrate when I get a good one. I don't think people do it to be sly or anything.

Rds 2 and 3 were shockers for me, which I mentioned at the time, but never actually posted my score Laughing

Haha if I looked longer I'd probably find some Cook rage.

That looked interesting for Bird last night. So Macca goes off Staggs to centre, Bird to the halves and Niko to Hooker. That’s a lot of Km for Milford I’m very tempted to bring him in I don’t think he’ll play origin

I had Milf a couple of years ago, was a very pleasing experience
