Macca - Mahoney
Or
Garner - Waddell/Flanno/Herrbo
Macca - Smith
Dunno what to do.

What’s everyone’s opinion on Anthony Milford? I know he has previously been an inconsistent scorer but this year he looks really good IMO. Not to mention he is only in 2% of teams. Milford’s the go to man for the broncos, his kick meters are insane (gets around 15 points+ a game from kick meters) and the difference between him and say Reynolds are he has a superior running game and can bust some tackles. I think his base stats have been pretty solid. Opinions please? I can get basically any half as I’ve got DCE injured but I have a good feeling about Milford.

cheers mate. thank a lotWT Winfield wrote:
Could hold the trade, Garner wouldn't lose that much even if not hitting his 31 BE, and is still a chance of beating it.
I'd definitely look at Sam B, SST and maybe AFB over the others mentioned.
Sam's a proven gun and SST/AFB have been putting up gun scores so far.
Last year SST averaged 39 from ~45 mins. This year his minutes have increased to ~52 and avg 56. May not maintain the 56 avg, but still considered a keeper even if it drops a couple. Doesn't play Rd 12, but not a big deal if getting him as a keeper.
AFB only a 4 game sample this year, so is hard to say if he'll maintain. Averaged 41 last year from 48 mins and averaging 51 in 49.5 mins. So could see him revert back to last year's numbers.
Twal's BE is 54 with a 51 avg and last 2 games hasn't looked as good as before, so could wait and see. Doesn't play Rd 12 and if not a keeper, may need to burn another trade to get rid of him like if you picked up Lawrie or Burr.
I'm still favouring Sam if you need someone for your 17 this week or just hold the trade.

Whoever down voted this post, hopefully it was a fat thumb, otherwise, hand your fucking forum card in now and delete your account. Don't want to have to do the work tracking people, but deadset, down voting a new poster is ridiculous. There is nothing wrong with this post. It is polite and informative. Asking for help on your first post is nothing to down vote when framed like this.

Twal had a similar output as previous weeks the last 2 games, just had extra missed tackles and less run meters against the Eels in the 50+ trouncing. And last game he had a bunch of errors and penalties.
Capewell was a similar story. He had 12 missed tackles instead of his average of 3 missed tackles.
as mentioned before about Surgess, often the base stats remain the same, but the attacking stats and negative stats determine the fantasy output.

One less trade. Have another look at garner.
