Prepare for a lot of missed tackles next to Boyd’s name cause for game 300 he might try too hard

I think I'm doing the same as well. Cook has found my bad side, scoring the 2nd lowest and lowest of my captain options in the last 2 weeks. Don't particularly trust Bateman v Kikau
Storm have been pretty poor recently and conceding a lot in the first half - can see Fifi racking up TBs. Also I'm worried by his higher ownership

Rein
Fifita (C) - Vaughan
Curray - Burr - Nikora
Morgan - ARey
Bateman - Xeri
Hughes - Tedesco - Ponga
Tolman - Vaughan - Bateman - Lawrie
Capewell - Mikaele - Whitbread - Keighran
You need to buy Haas.

So the players I want to trade out (In no particular order) are Capewell, Morgan, Lawrie, Vaughan.
Capewell is defo gone this week. Morgan I'm prepared to hold as he plays R12. I feel Lawrie + Vaughan (Especially) aren't urgent trade outs.
I feel I need another hooker on the bench, but I also want to buy Kikau and/or SST among others.
I have $419K, so can buy anyone. Maybe Capewell - Kikau (Plays R12) and if Vaughan/Lawrie score low this week, sell one/both next week.
Please let me know what you think.... Thanks!
TLDR: I have $419K, can buy anyone, want to trade out Capewell. Should I buy a hooker (Not my preference) or Kikau/SST?
Personally, I'd wait until the end of the working week before I buy a hooker cause of a need to sleep in

Can you factor in how Klemmer will pull up after origin too.
Yep exactly, Taupau already slight ahead on my analysis, if Klemmer rested or managed then Kapow's even further in front. So the lower average can possibly net you more points all other things being equal.

Re: NRL Fantasy 2019 Part 41
question
if I go fledger to lomax this round then I can go murray to tolo next round and if tolo has lost 2k by then I can go garner to surgess and it leaves me (if tolo loses exactly 2k-which means he wouldnt play this round) with 0k itb. and it would mean holding garner this round..
is this good (upvote) or dumb as f*ck (downvote)

Why does Bateman and Vaughn appear in the 13 and the interchange? Or am I missing something? @Finch

This is my squad...
Rein
Fifita (C) - Haas
Curray - Burr - Nikora
Morgan - ARey
Bateman - Xeri
Hughes - Tedesco - Ponga
Tolman - Vaughan - Bird - Lawrie
Capewell - Mikaele - Whitbread - Keighran
Edit: Bird + Haas instead of double Bateman + Vaughan. Thanks everyone who noticed!

Yeah, fair points both you and SI make. When you look at the stats and compare how he's going to others, he's doing well as a captain. At least I haven't been having to do the captaincy roulette every Thursday afternoon.
That’s why I’ve been happy with his 62 average - I’ve Captained him each week so it evens out. Last year I chased last weeks Captains points and ended up picking all the 40 pointers whilst the bloke I had the previous week pumped out a 65-70!

Hey guys - voting for the make up of the community team 17
First 2 options are to decide who plays as our second half.
Last three options are for the final 2 positions in the squad (i.e. one of those gets left out of the 17).
Round 8 playing 17 POLL (Last minute)

Just back from golf. 1 over today on a beautiful little country course. Just caught up on a few pages......plenty to go. What a hoot this place is on game day. The trade rage is real
Rabbit’s Roundup
No trades. That’s right. The wily old Rabbit is going to bank a couple more for a rainy day before bye time. There’s no one that needs to come in urgently.
Dearden - he’ll be cheap next week no matter what he scores. I wouldn’t like to be lacing up for my debut against the monsterous Rabbitoh pack. Also, we don’t know what impact Niko going to Warriors will have on CHT, so he could be an easy swap for Dearden.
Lomax - ditto, except he won’t have the monstrous Rabbitoh pack violating him. I think he ends up back in the wing and Aitken will be back.
Flanagan - ditto, but add in he’s on limited time barring another injury somewhere. SJ is only out for a few weeks.
I just don’t see a real urgent trade in, or a must have cow. Waddell might play 12, but I’d rather watch what happens with AFB back and possible Manly changes. If he nabs a starting spot I’ll consider a late trade. Maybe Rava gone, but even he will make a bit of cash going forward. I’ve still got Sivo. I’m going to play him again. Nothing urgent. Even Garrick is ticking over OK. Fuck, even Horsey’s Getting another run
Round 12 - I’ve got 8 now and am in no hurry this year to get everyone in. It killed me last year and the year before. Even if I did just 3 trades in R12, that’s 11 players. That’ll do. I’ll have a bit of a look-see beforehand though. If I bought in Reynolds now, what’s to say he doesn’t get injured prior (which wouldn’t surprise anyone) or jag an origin spot? R12 targets for me are Kikau, Reyno, Mahoney, maybe Waddell, and I’ll bring Burns back in.
Captain - I bought Cook for one reason. A set and forget captain. He’s averaging 62 and playing like shit. When he puts it together, which he will when it matters...maybe tonight......he’ll score huge. And he’ll do it a few times over the year. The trouble with playing captain’s roulette is that when you switch every week, you might hit big occasionally, but you could also monumentally fail. More often than not. Some people actually captained Moses last week , based upon one good game. No set and forget captain. Just rookie stuff. At this time of the year, that’s just silly. Fifi, Bateman, Nikora, Ponga and others are all available in my team, but I won’t captain them. I have no problem captaining Fifi and he is great player and scorer, but it’s not what I got him for. I’m also confident Cook will end up with more points over the season. All hail Captain Cook. I bought him for a reason and of I’m wrong, well fuck it.
That’s it. Carry on troopers. Good luck over the weekend and up the mighty Bunnies. Souths by 30 and fuck the Bonzos.

Depends how many trades you've got left really. Nothing really urgent.
A few cheapies worth a look this week but not sure I'd be buying them without seeing them first.
I'd probably play Capewell over Xerri.

As a Taupau owner I'd like more minutes for him but it's the points that count. He's averaging 54 which is keeper status. Klemmer is averaging 57. You say you don't care about byes but it's very relevant in this situation because they are keepers so how many points they score over the season is the important part. Taupau has 17 more games @ 54 points = 918 points. Klemmer has 16 games @ 57 = 912 points. So not a lot in it. It comes down to whether you think these guys will continue their average or score above or below it.
sorry i should have mentioned that although i'm doing well in the overall rank my main concern is the head to head league. I guess Taupau has the ability to go big with tries whereas Klemmer doesn't get a sniff at it.
