It wasn’t me who did the downvote. I never would with a new poster.... and to prove it, I just went and downvoted it. Now there’s two.

So.....get rid of the downvote button or people will do what they do.

Now. Shut up about Milford everybody. Please, and thank you in advance. Rabbit.

Want to bring Mahoney back in this week, traded him out for Rein before he magically become an 80 minute hooker. Concerned what will happen when Brown is back though. 50k short of a Garner>Mahoney swap. Like all of my other cows too much to sell.

Instead, leaning towards Morgan + Garner > Reynolds + Lomax/Dearden this week. Will leave me with 240k to up Lawrie to a gun next week (Kapow - depending on how well he plays).

Don't like the timeline on Flano, Herbet is interesting though.

    Team is:

    Cook
    Fifi Tolman
    Murray Arrow Twal
    Morgan(Reynolds) CHT
    Nikora Batman
    RTS Ponga CNK

    Rein Haas Burr Lawrie
    Carty Xerri Sivo Garner(Dearden)

Milf in next week unless dreadon takes a lot of kick meters frm him, looks unlikely though.

Deardon could be worth it if he takes a word form Wally’s books. Wally told him he needs to take on the line, keep the big defenders guessing by maybe faking a kick and taking the line on a few times as he is a good ball runner and is pretty quick.

    Macca - Mahoney

    Or

    Garner - Waddell/Flanno/Herrbo
    Macca - Smith

    Dunno what to do.

Garner isn't a sell yet tbh. He could still be playing 60 mins and scoring 40-45

What's everyone obsession with Taupau? He's never been a guaranteed keeper in the past few seasons especially when you have Fifita and Haas this season pumping out the numbers.

Go invest in another hooker or something. Seriously.

I want to hold him but if I do I need to play him or Xerri or Kahu or Lomax or Dearden if I go through with my other trades. Would give me the cash to get guns the next two weeks though. Toyed with the idea of Waddell and he'll probably go well but just too risky if you don't have him already with AFB back.

Waddell is expensive for a cow with uncertain minutes and there is a bit of a whiff of Whitbread about him no matter how good he looked last week. If you were on him already then you have done well but picking him up now is a definite punt (he does play big mins rd 12 though you'd expect)

Warriors halves experiment demonstrated the dice roll that rookie halves represent (Dearden). Flanagan is more pricey but will be there for a definite period and will probably score 35-40 each week.

No one needs any more rookie centres without WFB dual position status who are gong to score 20-30 points per week (For this reason I am gong to pick up Lomax for Sele/Host purely as WFB cover and hope he eeks out some slow $$$ as well)

Lots of people with ants in their pants about moving on Garner, Morgan and Capewell. They are not urgent sells so if you can't get the ideal gun maybe hold fire for a week or two. In saying that I offloaded Garner last week for Smith and am happy with the transaction.

Current plans for me are to look at RTS post injury this week and maybe move Morgan or Capewell on in the next few weeks for him then move Ponga to half (instead of Morgan). Also really wish Taupau's mins were more consistent as would love to get him pre rd 12.

Best laid plans and all that.

Assuming if anyone already has Garrick in their 21, then there's not much point in getting Lomax as Garrick already covers CTR/WFB and occasionally scores 30+. If Lomax is going to be averaging 20-30 every week, there's no point in having this dud if you already got Garrick as it can be used for a FRF/2RF/HLF cash cow that will generate more money and fast. Who knows? Maybe a season ending injury to a current keeper may force that cow to be a starter for the rest of the season and eventually becoming a keeper themselves.

I think we need to sometimes step back and let a couple of PROBABLE cash cows go as it's impossible to get every one of them. Waddell is a definite no unless something drastic happens (like AFB regulated to NSW cup or something).

How many trades are you looking to make for these next 2 weeks?

That doesn't even make sense, you can only bring Arey in for Morgan out of the 4 as he's the only HLF.

I think you'll find that after a couple of weeks if things don't work out J Bird will be most likely moved into the halves.  If that's the case then J Bird will be a keeper for the rest of the season (based on his 2015 at the Sharks he was averaging 45).

You can trade in any position if the player is in the reserves.

I've max traded and would likely use one next week and one or two the following week and then none until round 12 unless something drastic occurs. I'm looking to get my final team ASAP and then hold on and hope. Yeah can't get them all. CHT is the main one I've missed. I don't think I'll be getting Waddell.
