I could trade one, but a short of funds for the players I really want(unless I bring in Wighton), so will Hold a week.

    Morgan and Cartwright.

Betting Market of the Week: Bryce Cartwright’s best secret to winning Rugby League games:

$1.70: Unexpected flick passes to nobody on the first tackle
    $2.30: Refusing to tackle
$3.00: Spreading contagious and once contained diseases to the wider populace

I feel like now is the stage where I have a clear trade plan/ideas in my head for the next few weeks but one injury/random cash cows is going to screw it all up

Thanks. What do you think about bringing in Wighton for Morgan. No chance he makes origin. He is a raider in a new position.

I would definitely sell Morgan but have you considered that Wighton plays against the Roosters (a) & Souths (h) in the next 2 games which will be tough games defensively.

Just on Pearce, It's not just that he's scoring tries. The Knights have been competitive the last two games, particularly with their scoring. From memory their highest score prior to two weeks ago was 18. The last two weeks were 28 and 36. Looks like that was where things might have changed

Wighton is a great defender or do you mean no attacking?

Yeah he is a solid defender. Lack of attacking stats against stronger teams is a worry. Wighton playing rd 12 and dpp is handy. Him and Morgan will have similar output, points and money earnt i reckon, Wighton might make a bit.

On the Arey vs Pearce debate. The only reason to go with Pearce is price. Arey is in better form, plays 12 and seems to have a more clearly defined base under Bennett. Had him most of last year and he was good value but did tail off towards the end of the season. If that happens then you can use a mythical ‘saved trade’ to upgrade for the run home. Shd look at some stats to back this up but it’s a pain in the arse on a phone. 100k is pretty useful though....

Yeah no attacking. He's an excellent tackler/defender & hits hard. With Canberra having a weakened pack both the Roosters & Bunnies could dominate up the middle.

I’m in pretty firm belief that A-Rey and Walker will play origin as a pair.

Also I plan on keeping Pearce and he plays the other bye round

Thanks to the vicissitudes of the magic number, ARey is priced around his starting price of 49 at the moment despite averaging 55. Value, he's in for Bateman for me.

This is a warning, as EVERY time I've owned ARey in the past his glass body has broken.

Didn't ARey only miss 3 games at the start of last year?

Probably. I didn't own him last year, so why not.

    That sounds about right.

Bateman to ARey is really the only trade I think I'll do. No one I can really get for Garner at this stage. Would like to see if he can get 40 again off the bench. Although I don't really know what Madge is thinking with his backrowers.

The Raiders middle will be fine, it's our edges that are of more concern, especially our right edge with latrell attacking against a new 2rf/ctr combo. It will be really interesting to see where the raiders are at against the competition favourites though.

Pearce should have a field day with Holland and Okenbour.

I'm $10k short of Morgan to ARey which was the result of Herbert over Lomax last week lol

Still contemplating Pearce purely from price. However, ARey plays in a better team and has a higher floor

The first two markets are way over priced

His price hasnt really moved the last few weeks. If you think he gets 50s and 60s from here, rather than 30s and 40s then he is a good buy.
