good stuff. i feel the same way. someone kept taking my RB options (Miller, Murray, McCoy) just before i was ready to draft them. but overall i think mine was OK too.

From the research I did, the RBs all seemed to go a bit earlier than expected. Means I;m weak in RBs but got some pretty good pick ups as a result. E.g. getting Gronk at 12th pick was decent I thought.
Time will tell I guess. Good fun though!

yep a lot of running backs went early. felt like i was playing catch-up at that position all the way through the draft. flipside is i got a good WR crew. but left TE until pretty late, and ended up picking some guy I've never heard of!

L2 - anyone else feel like Samuel L Jackson in A time to kill I think, looking at the jury selections and thinking that they're going to the gas chamber...

So I've just seen my draft.... I don't hate it but damn it looks like there were some good picks to take in some of those later rounds. Some people killed it

Re: NFL Fantasy
I'll post up my stuff once I get home tomorrow and can use a PC, but it's not all that insightful as it was an auto draft and I don't know much so the more draft preferences were likely a bit shakey, might be a laugh though.

Re: NFL Fantasy
Naa you have to justify your picks and explain them throughout. Who cares if they were Auto-picks, see what you can make up.
Also down for some trading in League 1.

My L3 Draft Review
I would like to package one of my RBs with one of my WRs to get a WR1 if anyone is interested
- Spoiler:
- Was late getting on so first 4 rounds went as autopicks and ended up with 4 RBs, not to disapointed as 3 are RB1's and 1 high end RB2
6 Ezekiel Elliott, Dal RB
11 Devonta Freeman, Atl RB
22 Doug Martin, TB RB
27 Jonathan Stewart, Car RB
Because of the autodraft of 4 RBs i needed to find some high upside WR's, I like Cobb with Nelson back and hope we can forget last season and build on his 2014. Maclin and Edelman should see a lot of targets and both have the ability to break it open.
38 Randall Cobb, GB WR
43 Jeremy Maclin, KC WR
54 Julian Edelman, NE WR
Foster if he can stay healthy can be a top 10RB this season has way to much upside to let slide past here even as my 5th RB
59 Arian Foster, Mia RB
I wanted BigBen as my QB right from the start so just had to see how low i could get him
70 Ben Roethlisberger, Pit QB
I actually wanted to take Seahwaks D here but my phone service dropped and as i was changing the que. Other then that it was just take a punt on a couple of WR and find a TE, outside the top 2 TEs it a lottery, i looked at Barnridge, Allen but went with Thomas as i like watching the Jags (even as a Texans fan)
75 Sterling Shepard, NYG WR
86 Allen Hurns, Jax WR
91 Julius Thomas, Jax TE
With the top D's off the board i picked as a fan but they do have good upside with Watts and Clowney
102 Texans D/ST D/ST
107 Roberto Aguayo, TB K
why not take a risk that he can turn back time
118 Jimmy Graham, Sea TE
I would like to package one of my RBs with one of my WRs to get a WR1 if anyone is interested

Re: NFL Fantasy
My League 2 review. Disclaimer - First crack at following NFL close enough to try and understand what to do for this game. I learned my lesson about butchering the site ranking, as I lost track of what other top players available. Made tracking the best available very difficult and I could only rely on my own research - very dangerous.
In the end, using the 94 point formula and the espn projections - I only got to 90. So hopefully some of the rookies can fire...
- Spoiler:
Hopefully the screenshot works.
Picking from 7th spot - that hurt.
Rd 1 (pick 7) - best available of what I wanted in rd 1. Looking more into Johnson, the happier I am. He's easily looking the lead this year. I wanted Zeek (and I've proposed the trade to Russ), but happy to remain.
Rd2 (pick 10) - Gronk. Happy with set and forget. Happy for the easy option under the makeshift QB. Not happy to take him this early, but he featured in almost every mock I did, so I guess it was fate.
Rd3 (pick 23) - Nearly fell asleep waiting for the pick to come around again. Probably lost track of best available here, but I wanted Cooper. Crabtree seems his only real competition at WR, so should see plenty of targets. on the way up.
Rd4 (pick 26) - Amazing how other peoples picks shape your own. Someone took Rodgers in the 4th, so I jumped onto Cam. QB priority was Cam, Wilson, Rodgers, but in preseason, Wilson has looked even more erratic behind the shaky O-line, so I wanted to ensure I could nab the good QB points.
Rd5 (pick 39) - Not many that I wanted to take here. I was going for Cooks, but he was taken about 3 picks before. Needed another RB and Rawls was the only decent option. I'm uneasy about him having had such a quiet pre-season, so I just needed to make sure the cuff was right, and I took up Michaels way late - so feeling better. As a seahawks fan, this will make playing a bit more fun.
Rd6 (pick 42) - Needed a WR. Decker was on my notes as consistent so he got the call up.
Rd7 (pick 55) - After losing track of best available again, I was kinda surprised that seahawks no1 target was still available. Was kinda reluctant due to stacking up on Seattle, but, meh.
Rd8 (pick 58) - Bernard. Came up in the research and I'm just waiting for Hill to spend some time on the sidelines.
Rd9 (pick 71) - Taking on a lot of youth here, but should be a strong no2 option.
Rd10 (pick 74) - Flagged again during research from a few articles, but from the depth charts it looks as though he's going to be close to the no1 option, flexible with solid catching ability and a bit more efficient that Crowell in a run-first offence.
Rd11 (pick 87) - Broncos DST. I figured I had enough coverage of the starting team, so using the 94 point formula from the espy article, I wanted to ensure enough points from DST. I had seahawks as priority, but after taking too many early on I went to Denver (projections are better anyways).
Rd12 (pick 90) - Came on the radar late, Aiken seems to have a potentially high ceiling. Smiths old, Perrimans injured, so there's potential for a lot of targets especially early on if the others don't come back as easy.
Rd13 (pick 103) - Got my cuff. Given his efforts in pre-season, I reckon Michaels has leaped Priose (sp?) on the depth. Looked like a weapon and I think he's even got potential to take time from Rawls.
Rd14 (pick 106) - Coleman filling a WR spot. Youth, fast, see how he goes.
Rd 15 (pick 119) - best projected kicker that was left.
In the end, using the 94 point formula and the espn projections - I only got to 90. So hopefully some of the rookies can fire...
