It wasn’t high but it was a bit late. It was the attempted head butt on the way down that got me though, you don’t need to be a fucking grub to be an enforcer.

Yeah, ya do. You want the kickers looking over their shoulder. He got his head in the wrong spot.....between JWH’s shoulder and the ground....rookie move. He’ll learn.

Got his head in the wrong spot. It’s a contact sport. Happens every game, every week. Ponga isn’t a protected species. Too many soccer players commentating on the game these days.
I think it probably warranted a penalty, but I didnt have an issue with it.

White Lightning wrote:After a read of a Raiders forum I'm more comfortable playing H. Young. Comments suggest:
(a) Ricky likes playing his edge backrowers for 80 minutes
(b) Tapine the next 2 games will play in the middle as he regains match fitness. He will start off the bench this week but when J. Papalii is away re origin he'll start in round 12.
This is exactly what I hoped would happen.
Fingers crossed because Im playing Young in my 17 this week lol

The greatest game of NRL. It beats the Cowboys/Broncos GF imo.

Picked up AT this week, happy with a score of 43 at his price. He should make some good coin by the time Origin III comes around.

Yeah, he's been a man inspired. Always showed that potential off the bench, but finally able to do it playing big minutes.

Party coming up in a bit... maybe we could drop some WWF clotheslines in there, a few high hits and grubby shoulder charges

I'm coming around to the idea of just holding him for the season. With Ponga he covers everything from half downKhany wrote:Can't hold burns any longer. Will turn him into staggs to generate some cash for when papy becomes a sell. None of the cheapies atm interest me

Gotta say I'm enjoying so much of the Feldtster. It'll be a shame when Mulvy has to change it for something nowhere near as handsome

I wanted to keep holding but turned him into Tolo with my coin. I kept Capewell though. Dunno if its worth keeping Burns tossing Capewell and playing Lomax instead.

With Knights in their current form, does Bennett even have the luxury to rest Rabbitohs' Origin players v Knights in R13 - could see Cook potentially back up 2 days after Origin???
Roosters rest Cronk and Keary injured early and they got demolished
