I'd rather Havili for effectively the same price

Whilst I don't like short-ish term gambles this late in season at his price, Havili is mighty tempting

Lomax to Havili May be a good run!! Give me 11 players and should be able to trade Havili for more than I can trade Lomax before R16 plus still leave me enough money for Bateman R13-14.

    Thoughts?

Hodgson missing 6-8 weeks with a broken thumb seems a bit excessive.
Isaac Liu missed 2 weeks with a broken finger early this year
Brimson only missed 2 weeks with a broken thumb this year too

Difference is severity of fracture and that he requires surgery I believe

Optimal guys to trade out are Seve, Xerri, Sele, Martin, other than that it's sideways trading. The above 4 all have good BE's

Would usually agree but one of the boys been out for well over 5 weeks after a thumb op, especially if they need to use rods or wires to repair the fracture

Pretty sure a rake needs his thumb to pass the ball alot, which they do a fair amount Shocked

It'll be an interesting one to watch, maybe I'm trying to talk myself out of Havili but in 2017 Pangai jnr broke a finger (don't know which one) requiring his tendon to be reattached and he only missed 5 weeks. If Hodgson misses 6 weeks then he misses the rest week and the round 16 bye so only misses 4 games. I wouldn't be surprised to see him come back in round 17, thats only 4 games with Havili

Well Doctor Bluetige I suppose you should give the Raiders a ring and tell them their diagnosis was inaccurate.

    Rank out there at 5740

    Cook
    Fiffy Taupau Twal
    Murray Crichton
    Brookes Morgan
    Nikora Xerri
    Teddy CNK Ponga

    Uele Lolo Haas Seve
    Sele Martin Paphzen Dearden

    207itb  only 15 trades

Am thinking Twal to Liam Knight this week for a gud scorer and similar scores and a little coin made, knight can be offloaded later or benched.

For someone with a severe lack of trades they shouldn't really be considering Hav, but he certainly has the ability to make cash QUICK!

Havili averaged 50 playing 60+ minutes last year, that will gain him 150k in 3 rounds
