Interestingly the Raiders injury report says: (updated Sunday)

John Bateman expected return R15-17 (which is weird because he said he should be fine for R13)
Note Bateman has had surgery and returns to training next week (this week I'm guessing with progression of time)

Is the lesson just to not trust Raiders injury reports because their physios have magic powers in getting players back from injury earlier (Rapana, Tapine)

Carty out for Brittian make sense so I get a Cash out of some value. Carty likely to make way next week anyway, so why not pull the trigger now when it shouldn't make a difference point wise.

Bateman returned from UK only a few days ago. He’s been over there for a few weeks. Eye looks mint. He must be fine otherwise he wouldn’t be able to fly?

8 plus trading in Bateman if he starts.

I think 8-9 will be average and anything more will be making up ground.
I'm hoping a lot in the top 100 have fewer than eight but unlikely and I expect to lose at least a few hundred places in the rankings.

Based on averages (and an estimated 40 from Brittain) I'm aiming for 583 this week. Hopefully that's enough to see a move in the right direction in the rankings

On averages and same estimation I am expecting around 540 which is hopefully about par with hopefully a big one from JFH, Tolman and Arey who are my Poddish players for this round. Captain Tolo with an 80 in 80 minutes would be nice. If I can somehow make it to 600 from 10 players I’ll be happy.

12. 13 if I bring in Bateman, which I will if he plays. Hopefully make up some ground.

I'll likely bottle out of captaining Brittain! Maybe...

Surely the Raiders will be brining back Hodgo as quick as possible seeing he is such an integral part of our team. I see him being rushed within the next 4-5weeks.

Clifford is pretty cheap, never had the chance to play half without Morgan so should run the show and could see him take the 6 for the year.
