Do you like 150 Lashes? Probably try that if you haven't. Drink that for a bit and then you'll move on to Hop Hog and the like and never look back.

The good thing about the IIPAs and the like is that a couple of them can get you quite loaded.

Yep, don't mind it.  I'll have a crack at the Hop Hog but I'm actually thinking I may have had it before and wasn't keen.  I'll probably know when I see the bottle.

Give it a couple of pints and you'll adapt to the flavour I reckon, then you'll end up loving it.

That has happened to me before.  The Crown Golden Ale disgusts for the first few swigs no matter how many times I get on it, but after that I can't stop for the rest of the session.

It's what happens with most things you're not used to, your brain tells you it's beer so you expect your normal beer flavour and when it's different your palate is confused and you think you don't like it. When you have a couple it starts to feel normal.

IPA's... Love em but after nearly 5 liters last night think I'll stay away for a bit. Hahaha. As for Snow Your Name, yeah, TBH every Chinese beer is just like that. And there's a tonne of em! All orrible pigs swill that should never be consumed by anyone unless you're in the middle of the desert, deserted with no water and refuse to be Bear Grylls and drink your own urine which, suffice to say, would probably taste better.

Funnily, China changes beer to suit their consumers. To give you a rough idea, Budweiser (already a thoroughly average beer) is like 4.6% in Aus. Over here it's 3.3%

It's strange that it's all about pale ales but they use an IPA glass.
Beer cartel isn't stocking any of the top ten, where do you guys go to get your crafties?

If you have a Dan Murphys or a First Choice they seem to usually hold a decent range Krumpet

We've got stand alone craft beer places here.

    International Beer shop
    and Mane Liquor.

If you guys are ever in Perth, Mane is right near the airport and the guys there are brilliant. Always have good recommendations and know their stuff.

You can also online order from DM and they have a "get it in for you" scheme. It may mean that you need to wait a bit for it but if it's a once off that you want to try that shouldn't be an issue.
