Well the 2 from IPA brewing I've heard good things about, also the Mountain goat, the Cavalier and the Plasma (yellow glass with + sign) come well recommended. I'll start with the e 2 star wars beers Storm trooper pilsner & Ackbar Ale then move to the milk stout and the random long necks before hitting the good stuff outlined above.

I hope you're just talking about roast veggies because meat is murder. I'm a level 5 vegan, I won't eat anything that casts a shadow.
