I'm thinking about flipping Murray but I'm not sure who I'll be bringing in. SJ very tempting to release some extra cash. Klemmer probably 5th on my list.

Those considering trading Tevaga in; I watched the whole game and he was their best player by a mile. He came off in the first minute of the second half with a sore ankle and I was thinking he was done and it was another wasted trade. He came back on about 10 minutes later and played the rest of the game out.

He will start at 13 again this week, there is no way Kearney can drop him after that kind of performance. He tackled well, ran hard, caused errors and was very good overall. The only worries are - Burr returning and how does that impact Jazz's minutes and also with Roache going down does Luke come onto the bench with Lawton starting. If Tevaga has to play some hooker then his scoring ability will dip.

In your opinion would it be worth an extra trade?

I didn't watch the game but do we think Tevaga's minutes were high due to Roache's injury?

Putting me on the spot Very Happy I really don't know tbh.

The main thing that makes me hesitate is that burning a trade here means one less for the run home. Hard to put a $/points/risk price on this. It needs a bit of luck.

I reckon Murray is almost a cert to be given round 17 off.

    Is this everyone's thinking?

The Blues say there are no plans to call Mitchell Pearce Into camp. Clint Gutherson is 18th man and will provide Cleary cover. Fittler has talked to David Klemmer. He has accepted his fate depends on Tariq Sims and is disappointed. He will tear in if he gets a chance @9NewsSyd

No I don't think that had an impact on Tevaga's minutes. Lawton started the game and was subbed off around the 28th minute with Roache coming on. Roache then played until the 65th minute and then came off injured which forced Lawton on to play the remaining 20 minutes.

The Warriors had 3 big boppers on the bench so that's probably why Jazz played big minutes, so with Burr returning this week Jazz's minutes might dip a bit.

It just sort of dawned on me that I actually traded Fifita lol. Will sideways trade some chump to get him back in if I have to.

My team is looking pretty shit before trades:

    Farah
    Haas
    Tevaga
    Pearce, Milford
    Xerri, Nikora
    RTS

Hutchison and Fifita in my NPRs and I was expecting both of them to be playing this week. Also I will be down to 7 if Milford doesn't get up.
8 trades left so will probably use 3 this week to get my total up to 10-11.

If he's going to back up like he did last time you'd want to wait a week anyway. If he's rested you wait a week. If Brittain is on the bench you wait a week. Basically i think I'll be holding Watson until rd 18 until he becomes Cook. Which is good with the potential rd 17 outs at wfb/hlf.

Chance that Cook and Murray both don't play round 17.. can't see how Ponga does either. One or both of the Turbo's could get rested as well.

If everyone is cashing out to 212k'ers this week then round 17 could be a big problem for some teams.

Yeah, no chance I bring Cook back in until r18.

I need the trades in 17 for the Trbojevics! (if they both play)

Ponga has 11 days until the round 17 game, he could be fit since the injury is only supposed to be a couple of weeks and players are always healing faster these days. No Origin to worry about now either.

The Warriors only have one more game this season against a bottom eight team and that's against the Broncos at Suncorp.

    We are done.

    Average opposition ranking: 5.9

Does any team have a tougher end to the season than that?

I guess thats one good thing about owning Brittain. If cook rested you get a 70+ min hooker

There is simply no way Ponga doesn't play origin but plays 2 days later for the Knights. Zero chance.
