Problem will be FanHub adding their “potential” price valuing system to blokes like RyPap. Hopefully not.

I would say I am 96% confident that would happen.... look at Momirovski, Drinkwater and O'Sullivan this year. You can bet your bottom dollar Papy will be 600+ next year

This week is gonna absolutely kill me, I've got 16 at best and feel like I'm gonna get absolutely burned by the Papenhuyzen owners. I know that if I had any trades left, I'd be buying him and captaining!

If he keeps the starting fullback spot next year, I'll be starting with him for sure. His average at starting FB is 69.7, compared to Teddy's 60.1, Ponga's 51.5 and Turbo's 46.8. I know a 5 game sample size is small but he looks the goods
You'll be fine! Most teams will have 16 or less this week

Yeah I hadn't watched the video and was quoting James Hooper. Shocked that Hooper wasn't on the up-and-up. Still, he looked far better than I would've expected. I think they might actually play him.

Drinkwater and O'Sullivan both 'averaged' over 50 last year. Pricing these players highly has always been part of the system, although the exact level of discount seems to vary.

Papenhuyzen has played basically every game this year, so he should be priced pretty close to his average of 37, maybe plus a little bit for having high ownership (assuming his 10% ownership counts as 'high')

difference is those blokes played 1-2 games last year, they don't usually fuck with prices of blokes that have played pretty much a full season

Unless they do something silly and "predict" his price by basing it off games in which he started this year.

Stupid question I know but if I put Taupau at 18 will he sub in for Bateman if he’s in my CTRs?

No he won't. For Taupau to sub in for Bateman then Bateman has to occupy positions 14-17.

I’m pretty sure they just multiplied momirovski’s average by their magic number (not sure the exact figure) and possibly discounted
He scored 34 in his only regular season game. Without a discount, the magic number would’ve been 13882

If the magic number was 14910 then he received a 35k discount

I would prefer pap to be priced high. If he is priced at $600k then everyone will buy him and its basically just a right off.

Priced high will force some risk and more variance between the player base. Which is gooood for the game

Even if they do price Pap over his average, if it's under about 650k it's a no-brainer. He's a genuine gun and will likely rocket up past 800k given a full season at the back
