For each club using top 30 page (not all fantasy relevant, bolded ones are probably most fantasy relevant as close to base price or more likely high min role compared to 2019)
Broncos: Turpin??
Crofty? I think Bird if he stays healthy
Raiders: Simonsson (Rapana replacement)
Isn't C.Scott expected to arrive here? BJ Leilua on the way out also? New Pommy HB?
Dogs: Stimson??, Cogger/Wakeham with Foran's injury
Pretty spot on, not sure of anyone else
Sharks: B Brailey (only HOK in top 30), J Williams/Magoulias (Gallen replacement)
Same here, pretty spot on. Who plays FB? Ramien replacement?
Titans: T Boyd??
Did they even get anyone over the off season?
Sea Eagles: Fainu replacement (Cust/Croker)
Not much Fantasy upside in this team. Maybe a slightly underpriced Turbo
Storm: Seve if Scott leaves
Pappy full time FB? Should see increased role??
Knights: Best, Crossland
Little Brailey at Hok? Also Ramien inbound.
Warriors: Luke replacement (Egan/Roache/Lawton)
Tevaga also 9? Who plays lock? Does Niko’s role change to bring CHT back in? Does Green leave?
Cowboys: Matt Scott & Scott Bolton replacements (Hola/Jensen on bench), Robson??, Wright??
What happens with Val and Drinkwater? Morgo had an off year, does his role change? Marsters goal kicker? Who plays 2rf? If Fledt is outside Marsters does he become fantasy relevant?
Eels:
D.Brown healthy? Fergo healthy? Blake a full preseason with club?
Panthers: Luai/Burton (Maloney replacement), Capewell??, Cleary with more responsibility without Maloney??
Who takes RCG spot? Few hookers on offer here too?
Dragons: Lomax FB??
Lomax at FB + GK? Does Sailor get a run? That other young half whatever his name is been on the books for a while? That winger who debuted this year? Does McInnes lose game time?
Rabbitohs: Lowe & Su'a (Sutton & Surgess replacements)
2 free second row spots here. 2 Front row spots up for grabs. Burns fit and healthy?
Roosters: Flanagan/Lam/Hutchinson, Billy Smith if Latrell leaves
Does Chricton start? Friend fit and healthy? Who will take Mitchells spot?
Tigers: Talau (Marsters replacement), Mbye/Walters/J Reynolds (Farah replacement)

Tristan Sailors contract didnt get renewed at Dragons. Neither did Lachlan Timm. Some odd stuff going on down there.
If Timm got picked up by an NRL side and got some mins he'd be a good cheapie. Good work rate.
I dont know if hes still training with the broncos. He and lloyd perrett were up here. But weve announced our top 30 and all six dev players.. so i dont know what good a "train and trial" deal is for them now.

Sailor is still training with the Dragons squad, I think they’ll work out a deal with him in the end.

Ah, that's good. I thought I read he was actually out of there.
Latrell now meeting with the Titans. If this is real interest, I wonder if he'd go there to play FB? AJ Brimson may be a little disappointed by that.

I read this article the other day that Mitchell wants to play f/b, Cowboys & Wests are not interested anymore so that leaves the Titans. The article basically said that ctr in modern footy is becoming a redundant position where the pay is low & that's why more ctrs are wanting to play f/b because it is very important position & of course pays more not that Mitchell is not paid very well at ctr but he could get much more playing f/b. One thing is clear if Mitchell wants to play f/b he's going to have to get super fit, trim down & stop being so lazy during games because the top f/b's never stop running.

I honestly wouldnt be surprised if Latrell ended up at the Storm. They could sign him for a modest amount this year with bigger pay packet next year and beyond when CS9 retires...
Travis Meyn Courier Mail reporting that Shibasaki is the likely one to make way at the Broncos which is completely uninteresting news.

Read an article that Butters (Supercoach) posted about the storm this morning. Absolutely nothing to back his claim; just his point of view, but I found it very interesting. Very long story short, he claimed the below;
- Croft was groomed under Cronk and O'Brien's wing to be the next H/B and ease the transition into the post big 3 era
- The World Club Challenge game after Cronk left where Croft ran the show and was outstanding. Something about Vossy saying "Cooper Who?".
- Smith went into the off season pretty much saying nup, I'm gonna run the show here and he and Bellamy changed the whole attack to centre around him.
- Croft was shun out of the side and it was pretty evident Smithy didn't want him there at stages.
- More on about how we only won 3 out of our last 6 finals appearances or something.
- He then went on to say that you never hear news of players wanting to leave the storm and ask to be released from their contracts until now. Storm has always been a club players want to stay and build for the future.
Pretty much all just claims by him but some points he made were pretty interesting.

Just offer him 500K this year and then 1.1Mil each year after. Sounds good to me! There's our Chambers/Scott replacement.
Feel bad for Shiba, local kid from my hometown. Never got a run with the cows, played some good games with the broncos. Only young. If you aren't an overnight sensation these days teams just aren't willing to give you the time.

Most Broncos fans hate him but I don't have anything against him. Its a shame he just couldnt get it right when he got a chance. It really didn't help that our halves situation was what it was too. He is defensively quite good. I reckon if another club picks him up he could kick on. Probably never be fantasy relevant though.
He is one of very few players to have played Origin in 16's, 18s, and 20s
EDIT Chris Garry just confirmed Shibasaki is on his way to Newcastle and will start at training on Monday.

Thats good. They not long ago signed Enari Tuala as well. They have quite a few backs on their books.
Shiba, Tuala, SKD, Moga, H.Hunt, Best, Lee, Tex Hoy (is a FB but may end up on wing), Starford To'a (FB can play wing).
Back 4 would probably be
1. Ponga
2. SKD
3. Moga
4. Best
5. Lee

I think SKD left for the super league.. so could be a cheapie on offer in their backline in round 1. New coach I'd say all four positions are up for grabs.

SKD is definitely gone, to Hull KR I think?
You’d expect Lee and Hunt will get a run, and there are two other spots open.

In the Chris Garry report it also says O'Brien is a major fan of Shibasaki and that his future is in the back row.

Re: NRL Fantasy 2019 Off Season (86)
Josh Addo-Carr will remain at the Melbourne Storm for the 2020 season with the NRL juggernauts denying the NSW Origin star permission to head home to Sydney.
On a day where the club confirmed the departure of Brodie Croft and Curtis Scott, Melbourne refused to buy into claims Addo-Carr was leaving the club with CEO Dave Donaghy shutting down recent reports the winger wanted out from the last two years of his contract.
"We don't respond a lot to external noise but given there is quite a bit of commentary at the moment I thought I'd clear that up," Donaghy said.
"Where the talk is coming from I'm not sure, but I can say hand on heart Josh is committed to Storm as much as we're committed to Josh."

It wasn't just that game. He'd played 5 first grade games before then and looked comfortable in all of them. The other notable one being a golden point win against the Cowboys in R15 2017 where he basically won the game for them (I think that game ma have been the source of Vossy's "Cooper who" comment Certainly there were a lot of comparisons made at the time.
But almost anyone can be a star for a couple of games, doesn't mean they can sustain it.
He's certainly on the fantasy watch list for next year though, depending on how the broncos halves/hooker situation ends up

Cowboys: Robson

I might adopt Booze's strategy and start with a team full of hookers. As long as some of them keep their DPP status I should be able to get quite a few in the line-up

I also like the look of JMK if he gets the 80 min role he had for periods during the season. Average of 44.6 as starting HOK excluding injury game in R25?? (51.8 average when close to 80 mins) while priced at 35.9 average
