    That's pretty much his floor average as a second rower, if he moves to the middle he is 10-15 points under priced.

    It also doesn't hurt that their edge forwards (Proctor, Cartwright, Stone, Hipgrave, Peachey) are much better than their middle forwards outside of Arrow, Jwal and Fotuaika (Boyd, Latu, Whitbread)

    I was thinking about him on my walk this morning. Could be my Aiden Tolman this year, in that he's priced at 40, projected to score high 40's (more is a bonus) which is serviceable until he plays rd 12 before upgrading. DPP is nice too.

    Fanhub would have no real control over the subjective pricing, that would be the guys from the NRL.

    I've said it before, but I really have no issue with it.

    How so ? I would have thought the NRL would have nothing to do other than cashing in the cheque for the naming rights.

    Alright, looks like I have a lot to catch up on lads. My preseason work schedule is absolute hell, so don't get a lot of time to plan as much as I would like, but was thinking about starting with Haas until his price dropped. Holy moly! Some interesting picks based on the prices we have so far;

    Payne Hass (maybe)
    David Fifita (seems like a great starting price)
    Ryan James (underpriced)
    Blayke Brailey (cow)
    Jack Williams (potentially if gets the lock role)
    Aaron Woods (Coach seems to like him and with Fifita last year, Woods could take the numbe 1 spot)

    And for the Bunnies, definitely looking at these 3;

    Liam Knight
    Ethan Lowe
    Jayden Sua

    Knight will be one of my first picked. Not much I like from the Dogs or Raiders. I don't think Bateman will be worth that price straight up.

    Do you think he will play in the middle? I honestly have no idea but hope he does.

    All signs point to James playing edge I think - it’s where the Titans need the help. Maybe if Arrow goes he plays lock, but even then I think he serves them better playing wide.

    EDIT: just saw multiplescorgasms has already posted they need more help in the middle, and I’m saying the opposite hahaha. I think I’m right though. They need someone on the other side from Proctor the most IMO

    Talk is Souths are still gonna get Arrow, if that’s the case I see Arrow playing 50mins.

    Arrow coming would mean Knight get just 40-45mins rather than 55mins as Tom would take the other 35-40mins.

    So Knight for mine is all dependent on what happens with Arrow.

    Well if James is on an edge and Knight doesn’t get as many mins if Arrow comes there out the window goes 2 props I wanted, back to square one lol.

    I'm basing that on Arrow not coming this year. Even if Arrow does, depending on his price, there still could be some upside, but potentially not worth the punt if Arrow does suit up for us.

    If Arrow stays at Titans I think James plays edge also. Just a punt though. Even on the edge, I think he's still underpriced. Whether he's underpriced enough to start with remains to be seen.

    If Arrow goes and James is on an edge, I will bypass Knight/James and get Fotuaika.

    He is a beast - played with Hass and Mikeale at school in the FRF rotation.

    Fotuaika will be this years AFB - might get him regardless.

    Probably not hence the high 40s guesstimate rather than 50s, but there is potential upside if he does spend time there. He could spend part time there as part of the bench rotation, or otherwise only one injury away from being back in the middle full-time. So I would plan on being 5-8 points undervalued but hope for more. Last year I planned for Tolman being 7-8 points under and got over 10 iirc.

    If they play Rein, Cartwright, Boyd and Hipgrave off the bench, James I’d say would definitely spend some time in the middle.

    Sure James average playing wide is around the 42 mark, not sure he would be worth the risk

    His MT rate shoots up when playing on the edge and obviously less work there

    Maybe Holbrook prefers to play through the edges? Never know?

    Check out the old team planners, I’d do the digging on my work pc but recently had it wiped so lost all old data Milch used to compile.

    priced already at 40 I think there will be far better value, if he plays prop I’ll be all over him though

    Kind of stupid to put someone who was literally just shy of an Origin debut (got cut for Matt Prior....) into his non-preferred position. He made rep teams off of his merit as a forward, and the Titans go and try make him an back rower.... scratch

    Years ago would of snapped Kallum Watkins up at current price without blinking but his form has steadily declined last few years with Leeds, serious injury then but someone who is hugely talented if he can find some pre 2018 form.

    Pretty sure James started as an edge back rower with GC many moons ago mate, turned fantasy elite when he got moved to lock/prop 2016
