Compared to the old pricing model (based purely on average and games played)

The following players are more expensive than would be expected (final ownership also listed)

    Jamayne Isaako5.92
    Tevita Pangai Junior9.42
    Payne Haas39.58
    Joe Ofahengaue1.63
    Corey Oates7.47

The following players are cheaper than they would have been

    Herbie Farnworth2.41
    Brodie Croft1.67
    Jack Bird10.54
Other players impacted up or down to some degree but I think these are the more noticeable effects

There is a vague trend towards higher ownership increasing price with around 3% ownership being the midpoint (more than that price goes up, less than that price goes down), But there are some outliers (Ofahenguae, Bird) who defy the trend and some where the trend is much greater than expected (eg Isaako) so there is some other factor we haven't yet discovered

Can people please not try to quote the entire list of players + prices all the time.

I've edited a few posts to remove the list, just to declutter the page a bit.

We don't need to see the same list of 30 player prices 10 times per page

(MS gets a pass for now because at least he bolded some of the players)

One thing I've noticed is that the Magic Number has likely dropped compared to last year. Combine that with a small increase in salary cap and it should in theory be easier to build a team this year compared to last year.

David Fifita will also make the cut as a keeper in my team
Isaako is a maybe with Drinkwater and Brimson the other contenders for a spot.

Isaako was my POD last year. While everyone was jumping on Deadwards I had my little earner I'd told nobody about. Had to carry that prick for 3 weeks while I got rid of plodders like Holland and spuds made of glass. To say I'm hesitant to be burnt again would be putting it mildly.

Isaak is priced right about where he will average, in my opinion, at very least to start the year.

Our attack will take a while to click.

    Ah feck.

I've been messing around with the site to get it ready for new season and archive the older stats better.

Probably be some things breaking over the next few days.

They definitely didn’t want Haas feeling the pressure of being NRL fantasy’s first 1m$ man.

A couple of rookies always turn up there. Just wait for an injury or 2 during 9s and trials.

Random question but has anyone seen a full list of players who transferred mid season in 2019?

Fixing up the stats site so it correctly shows players game stats for those that moved mid season.
