Yeah I think he will be starting lock and be able to make 150-200k.Random wrote:

Standouts J. Williams? What is the go there? Thinking he will be starting lock? Small sample size but averaged just on 41 in 50 minutes. Priced at 30, feel like a potential 10 point jump unless you think he gets more than 50 minutes?
The rest looks pretty standard. I am not sold yet on Moses as much as other guys.

So Friend is priced at 42.2, if he gets 70mins like Milchy thinks he will there is good value there and he should be a keeper.

Yes that I would like to know as well. Is standard good or bad?
I know I need to find a way to get Koroisau in there too as I think he will play massive minutes.
I’ll have to go light on in the second row I reckon.

Re: NRL Fantasy 2020 Part 2
Friend said this is December-
"Obviously Sam went really well last year. So I'd say there'll be a spot for him in the 17 and we'll share that role," Friend said.
"It's not something I've really discussed with Robbo (coach Trent Robinson) yet but it will be a conversation we'll have to have. For me, if I am playing 60 minutes, or 50, or whatever it is, it's going to help me going forward."

Ha ha standard is good! That means you're on par with the rest of the forum.
I was just paying out on @SI , whose user name stands for Standard Issue
We often end up with what we call a cookie cutter team, which has most of the popular picks

Friend is one of the reasons I asked for additional filters on the Minutes Played.
Maybe we can have something like minutes played between 40-60mins, which is pretty standard for a Hooker that plays less than 80?
What do you think?

If Jake Friend is fully fit, does Robbo really waste a bench spot on a backup hooker? It's hard to see for me. Maybe Friend plays some lock.

Personally, I don't think so.
I would bet good money that Verrills is named at #17 and drops out 1hr before kick off every week though

Yeah exactly. Robbo likes his bench staked with forwards I thought.

When is the last time a team played with 2 hookers rotating and went onto win the premiership
As long as I remember in recent times the premiers have had an 80 min HOK

Buy - has grown up. Taken on more responsibility for his own game. Kicks the shit out of the ball in general play and has become a decent defender. Can score 100
Don't buy - last year was an anomaly. The eels will capitulate. Brown will take on more responsibility.
Brown might take on more attacking responsibility but can't see him effecting kicking game which is where Moses kicked on from last year adding huge KM totals.
If I go with a gun starting in the halves, all I know is I'm starting with Moses
Its as MTB says. I guess my own personal bias of never reslly rating him to be consistent (Even though he was more so last year.) I think Brown becomes more involved and while you are right a lot of his stats arent just attacking. Reducing those attacking stats will lower his ceiling and I just dont see much improvement with a risk of declining.
Playing with Brown he averaged .66 TAs while without was 1.33 averaging double the amount. I just dont like the Brown factor.

Assuming aubbs is on the bench I'd be surprised if they have verrills as well.. I guess their other bench forwards are between isaac liu, nat butcher, lindsay Collins, sitili tupouetc, pasa faamausili
Assuming here that starting pack is JWH/SST/Cordner/Crichton/Radley

Considering the ground you can make up throughout the year and pulling right trades a standard team for the most part is a good starting point. It does take 1 or 2 less selected decisions to really have a boom year.
