    If they play Taylor on the bench he could swap from 13 to 9 for 6 or 7 mins on each half and move back to 13 once grant comes back on... That means they can carry Lawrence which would mean lucy goes for a spell I'd imagine

    I think MCK is almost definitely going to get a bench spot.

    Problem for LUC is that MCK is generally a right edge player.

    but us fantasy fans aren't always known for realistic expectations
    I’m expecting Garner to play 80mins, Luciano 54mins and Chee Kam 26mins.

    If Luciano plays 54mins I’d say his average will be 44-45 his tackle busts and offloads will help.

    More seriously on Tigers forwards. I would expect the edge forwards (whoever they are) to play big minutes and most of the interchanges to be used on middle forwards.

    I have zero inside knowledge though, so you're really just asking some random to pull something out of their arse

    Isaako, Papenhuyzen, Tedesco

    Both Cook and Haas seems like overkill. Would suggest having one of them as captain and finding value from spending the extra money elsewhere.

    Could SST see enough of a bump in role to elevate to 50 average? Tetevano gone and JWH was reportedly being shopped..

    Probably not but hes an interesting one.

    I think SST will average 50, I think he did last year before the injury and reduced minutes coming back. He was definitely on my long list, but I think there’s better options

    don't think so, Cody plays on the left and Mitchell played left centre for easts so I'm assuming he'd be more comfortable attacking on that side, and if so we could see a fair bit of the play going down that side which would help Burns scoring (conversely that may help whichever one of Lowe and Su'A plays on the left)

    You're putting a lot of faith in two relatively inexperienced HOKs. The ultimate goal is to end up with a final 17 which would likely have Cook/Smith/McInnes which is 1.2m away from those 2 players. Also having a CTR on bench isn't something I'm too fond of

    I like Taumalolo pick though, but you're kind of forcing yourself to set and forget Taumalolo captain as Tedesco/Fifita are your only other options and are way too boom/bust for a captain week in week out

    I look at it tbh (don’t mean to come across as rude) and wonder how you spent pretty much 9.8 mil on it.

    I’d be carrying more than 2 hookers if I were you, I’d also have a gun half in there.

    Also I think Teddy is gonna drop quite a bit of money, I can’t see him keeping up his 60 point average.

    One of the reasons I have Lucy in my draft is that if he gets a significant role he's money, if he get's 80 he could be a gun but if I need the money or I get the heebee jeebees about his role he's an easy downgrade to guys I don't have like Williams, Hess, Sua etc.

    Yeah fair enough, I just did the following trades

    Teddy -> Moses (via Brimson)

    Carrigan -> JMK

    This way I have a 3rd hooker who also covers halves, as well as Mitch Moses. This setup has me 13k short of Cleary though

    I'm a little concerned on Merrin getting back up to speed with NRL footy so I'd go with James. I'd also try to get more $ ITB at least 50k, I'm gonna aim for 100k. Did that last year and was able to grab Bateman straight away without compromising the rest of the team.

    I am sure when SST debuted he was DPP WFB/2RF - he’s obviously spent an hour or two in the gym since that combo.

    Probably one of the stronger teams going around. WFB the biggest drawback, I'd say your last NPR will need to be a WFB for coverage via Lomax.

    Looking at the stat's over the last few seasons his role seemed to change a lot. Will he be mature and good enough to make the Edge his own?
