I just think why would he move from a bench spot at Storm to a bench spot at Dogs unless he was earning load more money. I reckon he would have been promised a starting spot

Players get promised things all the time, until it's not the best thing for the team. Doueihi was promised the fullback spot at the Rabbitohs, Corey Thomson was promised the fullback spot at the Tigers. Josh Reynolds was promised a starting spot

Arrow already plays big minutes, about 57min last year. Could get some more, but he already has a couple of points of fanhub tax added and plays origin.

Bryce Cartwright could be in line for a starting edge role. Averages 42 there for the Titans (12 games). Priced at 33.

Mofo could be the biggest winner. Priced at 39.8 He averages 46 in games over 40 min (20 games avg of 53 minutes) Only one try in those 20 games. Average goes up to 48 for games over 50 minutes (avg 59 minutes)

Hipgrave is CHEAP at 298k. If he jagged the edge role he'd be in everyones team, demerits or not.

There should also be a bench spot up for grabs unless they put Peachey there.

    What say you fanatics?

Hipgrave is a psycho and if he starts only increases his chances of smashing someone in the head and getting suspended for 3 weeks.

Also, any storm fans that can give us an idea on what role is expected for tino this year? Going to titans on huge money so must have some wraps on him

Assuming Scott is stood down, with no leilua, Cotric may get right center outside Bateman and Williams, Leilua did great playing outside Bateman last season. They havent had a half the quality of Williams on the right side for years.

100% agree on Hethrington. He was about the same price last year and I started off with him. Wasn't a massive deal, but we had to part ways either the second or third round in because he only played around 25mins in the first two matches and that was it for the year. I have no idea why he fell from "grace" so far after a decent 2018. But I wouldn't be taking the punt on him unless something has drastically changed and he'll be given a proper chance with good minutes this year.

Just for clarity Hetherington is number 20 jersey for me.

He’s in for price and DPP nothing more. Points noted though!

My prediction of what Titans pack will be:

    Wallace
    Peats
    MoFo
    Proctor
    Cartwright
    Arrow

    Rein
    Boyd
    Peachey
    Whitbread

    I can’t see a spot for Hipgrave.

How many minutes MoFo gets is anyone’s guess!

I don’t think Cartwright starts, I think Holbrook will want a better defender. I think the Titans are big improvers this year, wont make the 8 but will be much better with less blow outs.

Very low, Herbert will be preferred and is the goal kicker. Unless Kearney changes his mind..

Haven't seen much Tapine talk, surely he's a 60 minute lock this year. Just needs to stay on the park.

Is he even cleared to play? Thought he had some long-term concussion effects.

    Thoughts on Keary?

Main playmaker this season, less than 600k, surely his average goes up with Cronk gone.

I don't think they'll be running with 2 utilities. They did at the back end of the year but that was with Brimson on the bench and their interim coaches weren't very good. Think it'll be like Cartwright/Stone 2RF and bench of Rein/Peats (other starting, Peats probably offers more utility value as lock); Whitbread, Cartwright/Stone; Boyd/Hipgrave

Their depth is pretty weak, was actually looking forward to watching them this year, but James injury will weaken them. I don't think they'll get wooden spoon though, with a good coach in Holbrook

I just googled, NRL.com has an article where he has a neurologist appt if Feb to get cleared for full-contact training. Even if cleared then, I doubt he’d be up for first grade in R1. And if not cleared, does that mean retirement?

I think he's one of those way better real life players than fantasy players. Does have some good scores while Cronk wasn't playing/dominant but just looked at what he scored in 2018 GF and he got 46 fantasy points. Other games without Cronk he has 71 (4 TA) and 35

Also major risk of concussion, one more concussion and he's probably screwed and would have to sit out a long time

Have you got MoFo as a prop now that James is out?

Bugger, that’s not what I wanted to hear re Milne.

Ricky tends to play both his second rowers for 80mins for Raiders and Papalii plays big minutes, I’m not sure Tapine will get more than 45mins with Ryan Sutton getting the other 35mins.

I'm torn, as I posted recently. I'm tossing up between Taumalolo + MoFo VS JFH/Taupau + D Fifita (tempted by SST also if GK in WCC)

Was set on James but the rest of Knight/Merrin/MoFo looks like a minefield, much less information on mins/previous potential.

Honestly reckon combined averages will be nearly identical, maybe just favouring Taumalolo + Mofo
