I probably see expected averages as around 46 + 30 VS 40 + 35 which is very close but in advantage of first choice but having 500k CTR would leave me with gun or sub-gun in each position

Though I'm not sure I would keep Burns all season despite his adjusted average of 44.7 as there is still lots of CTR options that could emerge to be top 2 CTRs nearing the end of season

Probably the Burns option because I do actually think he’s a keeper, not “season” keeper because I think he’ll see some time out with injury, but he’s a keep when healthy. Knight and Best just feel very mediocre picks

If you're picking Burns you are expecting low 40's? Unless another Bateman/Nikora comes along, the top two centres might be what, mid 40's? Still doesn't seem worth a trade if that's how it pans out. IF I start with him and IF he averages low 40's and IF he doesn't get injured, he'll be a season keeper for me.

Titans scored 56% of their tries last year left side compared with 30% right side. Watkins would be left side correct? Although I would expect that % to change with Ash Taylor back on that right side.

I just wouldn't say he's a cert for season keeper if I picked him in comparison to some others that have picked him. Anyway if Aubo starts at 2RF I might actually end up picking him instead (despite risk of versatility). His starting 2RF average last year was 47.1 and he started the final 10 rounds as 2RF. Crichton can play middle while if Friend needs a rest Radley could fill in at HOK and Butcher could move to lock off bench

My main reason for this is Souths probably won't be as left-side heavy depending on Latrell's involvement and also although injury-affected scores are excluded, in the game where he got injured for remainder of season he had barely any touches in 30 mins

Is the consensus pretty much to run 2 FRF's? I haven't looked at that option yet, gives me the yips thinking about a starter being out for a week, esp Haas.

It's still viable to have FRFs in EMG like Musgrove/Keppie but I don't know if I like 3 FRFs enough to have 3 in my 17 ahead of other positions on 14-17

Indeed, I think that's where it will need to end up.

    Watkins Disclaimer.

Please note I only except blame for super league picks when they go right, not hideously wrong

I'll likely be running 3, but the 3rd will be base price or close to it, and won't be in my scoring 17 barring injury. Someone like Zane Musgrove or another rookie.
if no cheap FRF look worth it, might run without cover, but it's z bit of a risk.

Watkins is back out of my team.

Now I have Burns and Bird, with Aubbuson on the bench.

Actually, the main reason for not joining you is not his musty "too cold to shower vibe". It is just that there is no Mnemonic to make it exciting like the Carty Party. Not even if you try with Caleb.

    Come to the dark side!

    Join the "Hughes Cruise"

On another note. I am also reconsidering Williams because of the "dill I am"

I’m starting to hope that Grant and Talau don’t get named because i’m really liking my current iteration (v1.78965) which has Watkins as my only 1-17 player below 350k. Sure I can build a better team if the cheapies surface on TLT but it’s meaningless when everyone else can too. Sink or swim, I want a real challenge this season.

Anyone playing Drinkwater as their 3rd wfb (405k hlf/wfb) if he starts in the halves.

Apparently Talau won't play as he's coming back from some injury & he won't be ready in time.
I don't think the player swap will happen as there seems to be complex issues they can't resolve.
