I don't mind how it is done, as long as the results and reasons for selections are made public.
Everyone in the group are mature enough and/or smart enough to give an honest appraisal.
Anyone with an axe to grind won't do any damage cause 6 others will vote against them !!

This whole thing started because a certain someone said I was scraping the barrel when I selected Farah + that Moylan isnt a 5/8th when the bloke has been training there in pre season. If my worst insult was that I said someone was blowing air out their ass then I must be a really bad person.
