Yeah, I forgot about the Dugan talk, no idea where that's at but I read also something about medically retirement. Seems like Morris is staying too, so who knows what's going on there.

Burns isn’t going to be the next Holland is he?

Small sample size of going well above where he is priced from previous season

looks nailed on to go well, then.....

Quick update on the Sharks backline

    1. Moylan - injured
    2. Dugan - medically retired
    3. Xerri
    4. Ramien
    5. Morris. - Roosters

    Probably look like:

    1. Kennedy
    2. Katoa
    3. Ramien
    4. Xerri
    5. Mulitalo

At least that was what I dreamt was leaked from a whiteboard of the guy who paints the lines on the Monday before TLT.

With the Tigers, if Mbye doesn't play hooker, where does he play?

Is he a better centre than Leilua or Momirivski?
    a better fullback than Douiehi?

He'll probably get chucked in somewhere. But if we'd managed the Grant/Momo swap the team would look so much better

Centre is not really the wasteland people make it out to be.

Several second rowers could be an option. Burns is one of a few actual centre guns.
there are no dirt cheap players looking likely, and no equivalent to Nikora from last year, but there are definitely options available

I actually forgot Momirivski was still there with the whole swap deal not going through. Is he going to be fit for round 1?

Mbye does seem the likely 9 to begin the year.

my tv broke wrote: Where did the 50 mins for Brailey stuff come from? I'm just digging around, can't find anything. Most recent comments from the coach from Fox article this morning are:

“We could roll with four forwards on the bench and have a Billy Magoulias or someone who could fill in in that spot,” he said.

“Or you could go with a traditional utility like a Connor Tracey or Braydon Trindall, or we could look to push Blayke out to 80 (minutes).

“There are a lot of positions up for grabs at this stage. There are still blokes in rehab and getting through their training loads so it’ll all be determined over the last couple of weeks of pre-season.”

Where does it ever come from? Fantasy players are perpetually paranoid about clubs playing all their hookers, even if it didn't make sense

The Darius Boyd conundrum. When you have a captain who isn't good enough to make the team but isn't Kurt Gidley.

Kurt Gidley looked ok during the 9s, I can't seem to find him in the system though Razz

I reckon Reynolds is probably the Tigers best dummy half option, but he's better doing it for 30-50 mins off the bench to inject some spark in the game. For someone who barely plays first grade he's really dominated some of the few games he's played.

I really feel bad for him. It seems as though this whole DV situation has been blown out and mostly speculated. His ex Mrs was a bloody con artist or something wasn't she?
I wish he can find a team and be able to cement a long term first grade spot because he has the skill. He was electric for the Doggies.

From my observations and many other Tigers supporters, Jrey's service from DH last week was quite average. Slow ball to the halves and looping wayward passes on occasion.

Plays with heart as we all know, but IMO he only offers a little more then Elijah Taylor would when he has played hooker. Love Josh and feel for him, but do not know where he fits exactly.

However, there has been a few articles about Jrey and the hooking role of recent, so maybe its got potential from the clubs POV. Trial team (23 man squad) is hopefully announced soon to clear things up.
