    nrl.com had this starting pack:
Gurgess, Cook, Tyrell, McQueen, Sutton, Surgess

bench - Turgess, Grevsmuhl, Clark, Turner

Maybe Carter or more likely Turner i would of thought, both good options, i just worry about Turner and his head knocks

Just been reading a Dragons forum on the front row forum & more posted round 1 teams have JDB starting at lock & Cooper on the bench. Then some dude posted the team predicted by rlw & they also have JDB starting.

re the Panthers. I reckon Te Maire Martin is worth a punt. Wallace & Soward are so injury prone it's only a matter of time before he gets a shot.

    c

Not for me unless named in round 1.

If he is named round 8 or later he will be a perfect cash out option for A Taylor or hastings once their price has gone up

I am not a Dragons supporter so maybe i'm being dull, bu i can't see a dragons without Cooper starting, be it at lock or prop

If JDB is named starting lock he will be hard to pass up. Minutes are the only issue. Big mins and he is in my side

I'm not worried if JDB starts on the bench cause he can still come on & score 50.

this is correct, even if JDB does start lock won't he just take Merrins lock minutes? which were around 60?

JDB avg 57 minutes over the season regardless

I couldn't take him even starting. I think Merrin was underused by Mary last year and JDB is no Merrin, there's every chance he starts at 13 and only plays 40 minutes

I am coming around to the idea that I need a better captain choice than Seggy/Surgess so will need to find room in my team for Smith/Parker/Fifita or Gallen.

I think one of the things that cost me last year was too many players getting rested (or injured) around origin time. Obviously can't do much about injuries, but I'm worried that Parker will be guven a week or 2 off around origin time. So either be ready to trade him out for origin, or wait until Rd 19 to bring him in.

Cam Smith is uber reliable and should play every game, although might get a rest during the game if it allows.

Will Fifita get his origin spot back? He is a tempting choice if not.

Gallen will of course get some sort of injury, but his otherwise a good scorer.

Anyone else got any great captain choices?

It bothers me that you will voluntarily drink XXXX. Im more then happy to send a carton as I gave my word. If you would prefer something more permanent like me running with a tiger avatar for a certain period or a comment in my location instead then let me know. Im easy (no not in that way)

Broncos have signed Tavita Pangai Jr for 2017.

Probably not going to be a useful cash cow this year now

trying to fit in CS9 but i just cannot get a nice enough balance throughout the rest of my squad unless i dump Seggy, J Reynolds would of helped if he had dual Hooker status the bastard
