I prefer the Isaako/ Watkins route, as you should be able to increase your point scoring and still make team cash at the same time.

I can't stop looking at the Williams>Isaako trade

Isaako priced at 35 atm and last 3 FB goal kicking avg 51 albeit very small sample and 2 of those were 2018

Yeah exactly. And just say Stimson/Hess manage 45-50 (which I don’t think is sustainable anyway) if katoa/Walters can manage 40ish it’s still a no brainer what you’d rather

Yeah, even if both Stimson and Hes get good scores, they will need to continue that whereas the other two will be getting quicker and larger cash increases, for somewhat similar points. Maybe a bit less if Hess/Stimson kill it, but not that much you would think.

I'm tossing up going Levi > Isaako, or Su'a > Watkins but could easily see either of them bouncing back....

I'm holding this week. His minutes will keep increasing as his match fitness improves. Croker doesn't offer anything off the bench. He didn't really get a chance to scoot either, the Storm wrestle doesn't provide many quick play the balls. He's bound to get some attacking stats at some stage. I don't have enough cash to turn him and another midranger into gun/cow. If I did I'd consider it though. Or if there was a couple of must have cows, he could be a sacrificial lamb but there isn't. So he get's another week for me.

I think you're right, he holds his spot until Moylan is back. It's a punt though, they might play Dugan at FB and there's no way to know.

What was shocking was I was regretting not keeping Levi at HT as I'm sure he was on 31. That means 3pts next 22 and only 3 missed tackles and no other negatives. WTH?

    Musgrove to score 30+
    Luai to score 40+

Couple of baseless predictions for the week 🤪

Yeah he was blowing hard and went missing in defence in the second half, but as I (and MTB) suggested his match fitness should improve over the next couple of weeks.

Cool. With Walters playing well, who do you expect to get the starting nod? Would expect the other to be on the bench. Gets more complicated when Brooks is back, then they need to drop one of Reynolds, Walters and Grant.

Nothing to base it on, but I'd say 6/7. Walters 9.Grant 14.Reynolds until Brooks is back.

Hard to say with the Tigers lineup. Also have Mbye to slot in somewhere.

Hoping Momirovski gets a little cameo this week to start some price drops then pick him up when he gets in the Storm team Very Happy

Too many runs from dummy half for the 1st game of the season. We all love a scoot, and Manly's line speed in the 1st half was great, but he ran out of steam.
He looked good though, he should score OK once he gets match-fit.

I think Grant will start from 14 initially, but end up with the 9

I’m probably blinded by fantasy goggles, but its really hard to image that JRey would be preferred over the others. His best skills were always around tactical kicking and team structuring - and Benji has those neatly sewn up.

And he has a stupid haircut.

This. I'm still trading Walters in this week I think. A big gamble but fuck it. I think he holds a starting spot til Brooks comes back.

Who would you play in your 17 out of the following three? (Can only play 2)

    Stimson
    Katoa
    Walters

This is what i'm doing also.

Would play Walters or Katoa. 50/50 call

Like I said I'm keeping. BUT I'm a big fan of cutting duds quickly. Last year I kept Holland one week, Edwards two weeks and only held Burns for a couple of weeks while I put out other fires. One difference this year is a lack of stand out trade in targets compared to last year.
