Bringing in Sami, wow that’s a bit risky? He could give you a 8-10 inbetween scores of 40 odd.

Just re-watched his 10 TB game from round 1 again, he wasn't playing slapsies, he was running around and through guys. At fullback I can see him averaging a high number of TBs, which should keep his scores up. He scored 71 in game 1, without tries or try assists. Also really quick, ran down JAC from behind last season. Just needs opportunities. If Titans get a decent draw as expected, he could do well as a great POD.

Replacement for Watkins is the bit I am struggling with too. No centers that are jumping out at me, really hoping that one of Crichton, Leleisiao, or Fidow get a center spot, will make life much easier.
That’s one of my headaches too, what to do with Watkins. If Best gets a start at centre I may just go to him as he’s cheap.

I think I’d have to hold Cleary if it’s just for 2 weeks and move Drinkwater to the halves and play Wiliame in my back 3 which I don’t really wanna do.

David Fifita I have to upgrade to hopefully Lolo but finding the funds for this is the issue.

If Magoulias starts at lock at least I could then trade Williams out.

If Crichton is named in starting back row and Aubbo off the bench then I will have an issue with both my centres.

I don’t really wanna use all 8 trades in rounds 3 and 4 but I can’t see how I won’t use any less than 6.

I can’t see Liam Knight really making much money either playing just 40-43mins so that’ll be another issue come round 4 or 5.

As noted, that Cleary news is a bit of a double edged sword. Nice in that it potentially will keep people away from him, but a hard slap to the ballsack of owners if they plan to hold him.

Regarding the eight trades over two weeks, I'm not wild about it but I will almost certainly be using the first four. It's a shame, because those that can hold most of these eight trades will certainly set themselves up nicely, but I think I'll use most.

Walters and Kennedy are interesting. If Walters gets any time at all, I think I'll milk that BE for all it's worth.

Kennedy - do you hold him for at least one week to see if Moylan manages to injure himself?

I have Fifita, Williams and Stimson locked in as round three trades but it might be a bit of a wait and see on the others. I have Wiliame and Katoa too but thinking/hoping they can hopefully be holds at least in the short term.

I’ll play Williame over Ponga for 1 round to save a trade there, hopefully Mann stays as the 6 to replace Cleary. Grant will come in on the bench for Musgrove and I’ll get Lawrie for Fifita

My thinking is VERY similar, just awaiting to see final draw and review this “who plays twice” stuff as might take the punt on a C.Scott or Rapana over Sami based on who I saw the raiders get twice.

I've only got an out watchlist of about 5 players: Walters, Watkins, D Fifita, JTB and Friend (if Verrills is still on bench) - assuming Katoa still has spot in Warriors team

But a lot of players on watchlist to trade in: Tevaga, Twal, Grant, Magoulias (if lock), Brailey, Watson, Lawrie (not Host), Isaako/Sami

It's a blessing and a curse as I likely won't have to max trade both rounds but if I want to milk money from performing cows it might take me longer to reach final 17

    Not too focused on the IN yet but in value order;

OUT: Fifita, Leilua, Hess, J Williams, Brailey, Watkins, Kennedy, Musgrove

That’s IF I max traded, which I will try* not to.

Bearing in mind some of them are “fine” (Leilua, Hess, Brailey) but not even close to final 17 and unlikely to be great cows, pending final squads of 21

The only Gun I desperately want is Cleary. (Watching for suspension)
The only cow I desperately want is Grant. Most will grab him
I’m happy to keep Walters and Wiliame as 18-21 DPP
From all my middies, will keep only Horse for now while all these clowns of ours listen to god about science.

At this stage looking like doing the following

    Stimson, Aekins, Fifita, Watkins out

    Grant, Magoulias, Watson, Best in

345k left to grab Tevaga after 1 game

Leaves me very short for cover with no back up in centre and a WFB short unless Kennedy gets a run

28 trades and 4 trades for the next 2 rounds is interesting. So, that means we'll go in with 26 since we've already used 2 I'm guessing. That's a lot of trades to use early on but as Milch said, no origin so no by planning whatsoever.

If i use 4 trades, in the firing line will be Watkins, Fifita, Williams and maybe Knight. no real other issues unless I punt Hess. I already have Grant so may be able to get away with 3 trades and keep 1 handy.

So if you max traded for the first three rounds youd have 18 trades left to last 16 rounds.

Thats not a whole lot of trades when there will be injuries and suspensions to deal with while trying to upgrade cows along the way.

Could be some teams that peak early and fade hard. Hopefully be some reward for patience at the back end

This Cleary 2 game suspension is good for me as a Moses owner because I was going to swap them so it saves me a trade. With Cleary out Luai will be viable to play in your 17.
On Will Kennedy I read in a sc thread that apparently Moylan won't be back until July so Kennedy owners should be safe in the interim.
My 3 big problems are D. Fifita, Knight & Watkins.
My minor problems are E. Katoa, B. Walters, Aubusson & JTB but those 4 should be safe short term but I think I'll trade JTB to Grant just to reduce my Warriors players.
So far my trades will be:
    Knight out - Watson in
Watkins out - Isaako in (via Shibasaki)
    D. Fifita out - Yeo or Twal in
    JTB out - Grant in

Who would of thought the golden angel child Nathan Cleary would turn out to be a pathological liar haha. His father would be pretty disappointed in him because Ivan Cleary is a very honest person.

Here are the top 10 averaging ppm players after 2 rounds:
Taumalolo 72.5 ppm (in my team)
Cleary 71.5 ppm (suspended 2 games)
Koroisau 70.5 ppm (in my team)
    Yeo 68.5 ppm
    D. Fifita 67.0 ppm (injured)
    M. Moses 66.0 ppm (in my team)
Ponga 64.0 ppm (suspended 1 game)
    Twal 63.0 ppm
Haas 62.5 ppm (in my team)
    DCE 61.0 PPM

I'm definitely keen on both Yeo & Twal but I also want C. Watson. Funds is an issue but I will be trying to get those 3 into my team & with 8 trades over the next 2 rounds it should be pretty straight forward. I've only used 1 trade so far (Stimson to E. Katoa)

I think I'll look at holding Cleary. Luai should be serviceable in his absence and I'll want Cleary in my final team anyway. If it was an injury I'd probably punt. Shouldn't be a risk of getting suspended again, although it seems he is a bit of a dunce, you gotta think he'll be on best behaviour now...
