His stats are interesting reading, in those 8 games, he averaged 48 tackles and 135 meters, so 61 points of that is just base stats! He was also playing injured.

Yeah Tevaga is an incredible player. Very low centre of gravity so surprised he doesn't get more offloads/tbs

Back end of last year when Jazz kept getting injured/reinjured Kearney did say that he would change the way he used him to prolong his career due to his body not really coping with the rigours.

Will be interesting to see if he sticks to that.

Personally I think 4 to 6 would be a good number

I made and have saved my 2 trades the day after round 2 finished. Let's see what they do but it would be nice to have any extra trades on top of what I've already done.

My gut feel, I think they'll give 4 trades for the resumption. (user engagement, etc)

Personally, I'd prefer to leave it at two because I like the challenge and the carnage is fun. I have plenty of issues myself, so I'm no better off than everyone else.

As there is no bye period to navigate around this year, I'd rather not make it easy from the start.. we are basically at "build your final team" from now.

I think we need to change the thread title to "The one where we Anti-Vax"

I also agree with this - it's the same for everyone right, and the season being suspended wasn't a complete surprise.

But I think a lot of people will complain and/or rage quit if they don't give more trades. So they have to balance user engagement and retention.

Scomo is saying players that don’t get vaccinated won’t be able to play.

So there's Bryce, and three Canberra lads. Anyone else?

I will still never get over that Bryce was sceptical about his missus anti-vac position until she gave him a pamphlet to read.

Scomo is also saying up to 10 people can gather in a private residence come the weekend but the decision is up to the local premier

So with no jurisdiction, it's an opinion and like arseholes everyone has one.

Guler could be a master stroke if the 3 raiders boys get sat down?

Flu shot is a vaccine not immunity, you can still get the flu just not as bad. In which case you would have a high temperature and current circumstances be stood down and get Covid tested

    pretty much.

i assume the only reason its news is that there is nothing else to talk about.

i dont get the flu shot. i only found out recently that it is something that a lot of people did every year. I haven't had a shot since i was at school 20 years ago. i'm not against it, but i don't get sick so i see no reason to get it tbh.

not giving shots to kids is a whole different argument but whether or not you get a yearly flu shot, who gives a shit.

Going to put my hand up here. I don't get the flu shot because I don't like needles.. Despite being tattooed.

Yep, I'll chime in. Never had the flu shot nor do I intend to. Maybe later in life around the 70+ mark... But not any time soon.

I don't like how at the moment everyone who doesn't get the flu vaccine is suddenly an anti-vaxxer. My children, and even myself are otherwise fully vaccinated. I just don't get a flu shot each year. I don't see the point in getting a vaccine that won't stop me getting the flu but it'll make it gentler if I do get it.

And yep, I hate needles too.

I had to lie down last time I got my blood taken too. Shameful, but amusing to others.
