One trade-in I am very hot on which I havnt seen mentioned yet is Matterson. On the surface it looks like he is only providing exactly what was expected. But I had a closer look at his round 2 game of 52 points...
The dude was on 50 points at the 60 minute mark. He really clocked off when the score was already 26-6 and since the Eels scored 4 tries in that last 20 he barely had a chance to get involved. In fact, making an ineffective tackle which was offloaded was his only involvement in the final 12 minutes, and he could have gone 70+ if the game flowed differently. He didn’t even look especially gassed. He has also missed 7 tackles in the opening two rounds, which is out of character for him.
He is a bit like Teddy in that the key is timing him before he scores the inevitable try and gets the price jump, but I can see an 80+ point game in him when he does and I don’t want to miss out on that. I’m bringing in Lolo this week (as should anybody without him), but I’m also tossing up between Arrow and Matto for another gun trade-in and so far Matterson has the edge (pun very much intended )
I forgot about Matterson. I like your shout out re him.Pookus McFly wrote:I’m back baby! Hope everyone else has survived the coronapocalypse unscathed.

Surely they wont have Macca at Hooker, and both Randall and Watson on the bench?my tv broke wrote:*ALARM BELLS EMOJI*

The article doesn't give much away. The most interesting part is actually O'Brien's comments re his centres..
"I've got four centres there that are like four pit bulls at the moment, their all going after it," O'Brien said.
"I'm really happy with the two centres that started the year, but I can't not think about Bradman (Best) and what he's done since he came back, and Tau's (Moga) been the same.
"They're all going really well, and that's what you want.
"It's probably one I lay awake thinking about."

Bummer, round 5 would make a huge difference, as he could start and play 80 before TPJ gets back from suspension.my tv broke wrote:Siebold confirmed Fifita not looking like being back til round 6.

3 rounds is a long time to warm the bench at that price
